Can I Let y’all come inside my mind for a second… We tend to hold our esteem very high where we don’t want to crumble, we don’t want to sit with ourselves and recognize the parts of ourselves that are damaged.

 But at some point it will come a time you will have to call out all the issues and the toxic ways within yourself and accept it and know - this is what it is. Then release it.

 With all that was going on with me, I didn’t give myself time to sit in it and understand it. I wanted to make it go away and I didn’t want to honor the bad things that were constantly surfacing in my mind. I would have to always put a band-aid which mean it could not be seen by others but more importantly not be seen by me. Soon my trauma and issues would start to reveal and return as the band-aid began to peel away.

 I want everyone to know we ALL are Human, and no one walking this earth is perfect. That you will make many mistakes, you will fall, you won’t always get what you want, your heart will be broken, you will be toxic at time, Ppl will dishonor you……….. you will make mistakes but you also will fix them

 But GIVE YOURSELF Grace. And Grace is extended when you learn the lesson and you understand where the correction is needed and you promise yourself that you won’t go through and do the same things. That is when Grace is sufficient.  Act on Love … pure love … real love ❤️

 You are beautiful  You are wholesome  You are profound and  You are needed Someone loves you  Someone cares

 You are surrounded by beauty and beauty is you.  GIVE YOURSELF PERMISSION TO GROW
