This is Howard.

Howard is Cross’ plushie. Howard has seen many things. Howard has seen too much during it’s poor Disney Toy Story plushie life.

Extra yapping: Cross is obsessed with Disney in this, like full on collections. Toy Story is his favourite movie and Howard was a limited edition plushie (he sleeps with it). It used to be an obsession of his papyrus, so he decided to continue it when he was back on his own feet
