Girl, he is sweet. Period.

He is the sweetest person with the most misunderstood facial expression that there is. He has never been rude to any of the Archeron sisters. Since the first meet.

He may not have spoken as softly as he does with Elain but everyone speaks that way with Elain. She is described to be as someone who is gentle and lovely. Rhys also speaks to her with a warm tone albeit with a little internal conflict given how the sisters treated Feyre.

He is the only one out of the IC other than Cassian and her sisters who gives Nesta a gift during the solstice.

The first person who defended her High Lady during the meeting with the High Lord.

He may be an emo boy but he has the biggest heart.

Gwyn is an absolutely adorable, lovely, awesome and strong person. A badass, first reborn valkyrie. A priestess of the Mother. A carynthian. A descendant of water nymphs. A breathtaking singer. A beautiful woman.

This woman is freaking amazing and badass.

She saved the children at Sangravah even though it led to horrific trauma for her. Trauma she is still learning to heal from.

She spent two years in the library slowly healing and braved the outside world to become the first Valkyrie to be rebirthed. Her putting her name first on the training sign up sheet showed incredible bravery and strength that led to other priestesses joining the training. What a moment!

She braved the outside world to be by Nesta side in a moment Nesta needed her friends the most.

She displayed skills of spying when she was in the tree for two days watching the beasts and learning their movements and led them to the men's camp.

She told Nesta and Emerie to cut the bridge down to save them knowing what it would mean for her once the men got to her.

She participated in the Great Rite & won to become one of the first Carythian women in history 🏆

Her story is far from over. In fact, it's just beginning and I can not wait to see more of her and what all else she will and can do.

I understand Elriel vibe. The aesthetic is super cute and all. It give me princess- knight kinda love story. BUT I'm more for a like calls to like kinda love. I'm more for healing and growth and understanding.

I'm not saying that Elriel couldn't give us that, but I KNOW we'll eat Gwynriel up if SJM decides to bless us with their beautiful story.

THIS is what I want for Azriel. Someone to absolutely break that dark mass of self hatred inside of him.

Not by him hiding, deflecting, brooding and trying to feel nothing but feel EVERYTHING.

To have that love that is so beautiful and unbending and show it off to the world. Like Rhys and Feyre do. Which Azriel himself stated is something he envies.

i love you platonic acotar relationships. i love the bat boys. rhysand, cassian, azriel finding each other when they were young and growing up together. rhysand’s family taking the boys in and loving them as their own. i love feyre and lucien. she gave up her real name for him not to be hurt when his mother was watching. i love feyre and cassian. he was the first person she met in prythian to understand what she went through when she hunted that wolf. i love nesta and azriel. he held her and thanked the mother when she used the dead trove. he said he forgives her and loves her as a friend. i love the valrykies. i love their sleepover and how they opened up to each other. i love how they were truly were the ones who helped nesta heal. sjm’s platonic relationships deserve more recognition.
