You know what would be even worse? Eddie can hear Buck while he is trapped but he can't see him. He hears him scream but he can't do anything other than bang at metal and hope it breaks

Goddamn, yeah. Eddie screaming for tools while he keeps banging on the metal to let Buck know he's coming, someone finally getting him a saw, an axe or something, but when he does get it, Buck is already submerged so we can still get the parallels with Buck in the truck after the shooting, while he does some desperate cpr. I really need all visions to include the desperate cpr, I know that if I put it in the universe enough, the show will give me Eddie crying "you're not doing this to me again" while doing compressions. I need that. But I love this. Yes, please, full-on mirror of the clawing at the dirt with the helplessness of knowing they can't get to each other without help.
