Yep! If a species exists on Earth, it exists as a Feral species on Relan, and many Feral species exist as Sentient species as well. So dogs, cats, fish, birds, etc, they all exist in both Sentient (anthro/humanoid) forms and Feral (quadrupedal, animalistic) forms, which means anything you could have as a pet here on earth is also viable there! ^-^
