@rad-roche and @chadfallout76podcast gave me permission to animate her lovely art! This is for the upcoming VoiceAPalooza charity drive for the Alzheimer's Association, there will be a lot amazing voices, new and old, and I am personally hyped to sit down for another radio special!

I had a lot of time to theorize what this special might be about--I'm excited to see if I've hit the mark or strayed far from it ✪ ω ✪

A short breakdown of the process below~

Usually I would share a timelapse with y'all but I forgot to press record :'D

I went back and made some gifs though that hopefully show what I did! It's pretty simple! I took Rad's art and copy-pasted all the parts I wanted to move, then painted under to try and match what would be exposed under that movement. Following that, I had fun adding jolts, smoke, and a little tween! The hardest part for me was nailing down the timing of the gun; that took some tries to make it look natural.

Two things that keep crossing my mind after watching Death Shroud.

Number 1 - I wonder if there were more scenes that didn't make the final cut 🤔

Number 2 - Wouldn't it be amazing if the Chad team and Critical Role paired up for a charity gig and wrote a Fallout 4 companion quest campaign and had the VAs play

My Lineup

Basically we have a mix of the morally good and the verging-on-the-edge-of-shady characters to shake up the dynamic.

Translation - I just really need more companion interactions and I've seen enough to know the VAs really get into their characters and the fandom - Imagine the hilarity of them having free reign 🙌🏻

Appreciation Post

I am still thinking about Death Shroud. My brain is still going over everything that happened. It was such a wild ride, and it was so, so good to see all the VAs again.

Kenneth Vigue (@chadfallout76podcast) has literally become one of my biggest inspirations (and if you haven't checked him out yet, please do so, he's on YouTube, Spotify, and Twitch).

I have been writing fanfiction for Fallout 4 and NV for almost 5 years and his productions give me so much motivation to finish what I started. It's to the point that re-listening to the Chad podcast has been something that my husband and I enjoy making time for before bed or on long car rides together.

HUGE thank you to Kenneth for bringing our fandom together to enjoy something as amazing as Death Shroud and raise money for an important cause. ♥

I haven't and we haven't been okay for a long time now.

I've been urged to tell our story and ask for help, how one night changed everything for us. This podcast, the charity work we do has been the only thing I've clung to that keeps me going and has been an outlet for me as a caregiver. Behind the scenes what we've been through the last 7 years with C-PTSD and my husband Travis' mental health have been a nightmare we've been fighting out way out of. I don't know what else to do, so I'm asking for help this year. I've been suffering in silence and haven't even told friends the scope of this.

With all the hype about the upcoming fallout 4 cast story (ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!) I'm getting a feeling a few of you may not be too familiar with the original podcast and wanted to up the hype for this amazing thing that's been organized!

Seriously, take your excitement and double it! Kenneth Vigue is an amazing storyteller and the cast have already been invited to Bethesda events on multiple occasions! The late Ferret Baudoin was in a few episodes to.

Quite a few original voice actors across the series have even featured as new new characters for special episodes at Halloween and Xmas or joined in on some special get together episodes for charity. (Including Matt Mercer, Dany Shorago and Peter Jessop... ie. MacCready, Hancock and Danse)

The original story itself though is rooted in 76, it's been running for 4 years! The cast are awesome and the characters are certainly memorable 😅 (Suzie is my fave!) The way Ken writes in the game mechanics (even down to the atomic ahop) is hilarious and genius! It's so good... Go listen!

The Halloween episodes are insanely good (like you guys need some Mr Dark in your life!) there is original music and ugh...
