Robin ~

Robin is a pretty physically affectionate person. That being said, she can't help but feel like a total hypocrite when she sees Nance do the same thing and it makes her flare-up with jealousy.

Robin loves it when Nancy gets all worked up and passionate about a project she's working on, but she can't help but get jealous if it takes up too much of Nancy's free time/Nancy starts canceling on her to do detective work.

Robin's past experiences with bullying and her time spent in the closet during high school have given her some insecurities. She often gets jealous/anxious over the idea of Nancy meeting somebody new, specifically at Emerson, that she'll decide has less baggage and drop Robin for them.

In a way, Robin will always be a little jealous of Steve and Nancy's past relationship history, even if it's completely over and done with. She wishes she'd known Nancy years prior to when they'd actively met and become friends. She's jealous that the other people in Nancy's life have had more time to spend loving her (and she knows that's absurd, but she can't help it).

Likewise...

Nancy ~

Nancy is, in turn, a little jealous of Steve and Robin's friendship. She's very happy that they both have found each other and are practically platonic soulmates, but that doesn't mean she wasn't a little peeved when she'd been half-convinced they were secretly dating (and no, that wasn't because she was still into Steve).

Despite nothing having happened between them, Nancy is jealous of Vickie. She's kinda possessive but not to a damaging extent - Robin is fine with it. Nancy would never tell her not to talk to her but it does get under her skin a little bit. However, the fact that Robin's her girlfriend at the end of the day and not Vickie's definitely helps. (+ hearing about Robin's old crush on Tammy Thompson totally got under her skin).

Nancy can't help but get jealous when pretty girls come into Family Video in droves (for Steve but also for Robin because she's adorable).

Maybe not what you were asking for, but totally my headcanon nonetheless - Nancy is jealous of Robins' parents' relationship. Speaking from Rebel Robin canon, her parents are very clearly in love and happy with each other. Robin feels she can open up, at least more than Nancy can, to both of them. Nancy's jealous because she didn't get that positive representation of a married relationship from her parents, who are practically estranged.
