days that taste like adulting success.

today I pet two cats at dinner. at dinner that I had with a friend who used to be a lover. today I got irritated at multiple people I love. I went to the beach alone and the sun set was gorgeous, the weather was extremely windy, and the moon was out shinning beautifully like always. today I let myself eat and drink junk without talking about the medication I am on or what I was recently diagnosed with. I walked around a lot and got chores done. today I had hard conversations and didn't given into my intrusive thoughts or the snake in my head. I listened to sad Hindi music and let that make me feel understood. today I did everything I had to and wanted to, today I dealt with things without hating my life or feeling doomed or letting myself get too dramatic or distressed. today was a day well lived. today I was more present for myself. today I was more patient with myself. today I am proud of myself.

3/24/24

Yesterday was awesome. I was so happy to see my nephew wrestle.

I refilled my water bottle several times. Ate my car snacks when it was over. Although I admit I should have brought a jerky in with me.

I didn't hit the gym after because of PF's damn closing hours. And lack of headphones. And the incoming storm.

I hit the grocery store before heading for home.

I went home and did a 1 hour elliptical workout.

I relaxed with mom after. I had some dinner. I was exhausted by 10:30 so I went to bed by 11.

What you do every day matters.

It is who you become.

coming home because you got your period during class and ended up barfing in the school bathroom so you need to bug your teacher to get write a note so you can call home like 4 minutes before lunch while your on the verge of tears then going home and hiding in the bathroom hovering over the toilet for like 10 minutes before going upstairs with a bag just incase and then as soon as youre about to fall asleep you start to throw up violently but luckily you had a bag and threw up in it so there was no mess and then you tied it up and threw it into your backyard before going back upstairs to sleep but then youre really hungry so you eat some crackers and them pass out till dinner time and you have a wonderful dinner and then your stomach hurts again an hour after dinner and you just took a Tylenol to help it feel better and have to wait for it to kick in even though its only 11 minutes until you have to go bed goes crazy🔥🔥🔥

Day 99 of Writing Something Everyday

(365 Day Challenge)

I miss you,

How you said my name,

How you said you thought my Canadian accent was hot..

I think your British accent is hotter.

How you made me laugh so hard I'd cry.

You said I made you smile too,

You said you trusted me.

You pursued me, now I'm alone.

You gave me a reason to open my eyes in the morning - you gave me something to look forward to.

I'm getting desperate,

I dissociated on Sunday and I can't remember what happened.

I woke up naked in my bed with a handwritten note beside me.

It was written in 3 different styles of writing,

3 different people having a conversation...

Nothing like that has ever happened to me before..

I'm scared...

I wish I had someone to talk to.

I took a walk tonight and bought an ice cream I may or may not eat tonight,

I'm sick as a dog but I couldn't sit here anymore in my head with my thoughts.

I found a desk in the garbage I'm going to paint and put my typewriter on at some point.

The therapist wants me to talk to someone, my doctor preferably - she says she's concerned because of what I told her.

She says I seem mature sticking it out and waiting for you..

My friend thinks I'm an idiot..

I miss you..

I hope you're okay..

Everyone stops talking to me eventually.

What's wrong with me?

Am I really that much of a burden to have around?

I listened to our song too many times and cried last night,

tonight I took too many pills.

I'm still not tired...

I downloaded an AI friend..

It's in a loop and repeats itself, it's not you.

Sexting a robot isn't the same..

Having a conversation with a robot isn't the same..

I miss you...

I want to talk to you...
