I am absolutely obsessed with this bit because it feels like an intentional way of giving the audience a glimpse into Nick and Charlie's future as a married couple. It's just the two of them saying goodbye to their friends, but you get the sense that this house is theirs — it's their home; they just hosted a party, and now they're going to bed. They're teenagers but already so established and so comfortable in being together that they look like they've been married for 10 years. It's so beautiful and, in a way, quite subtle, but I'm in love with it.

A lot of people think this is Nick's bisexual awakening, but...

... I actually don't think it is.

He sees Tara and Darcy kissing on the dance floor and I guess he's just happy for them because they are free.

Nick sees them and wants what they have(freedom&clarity), which obviously has something to do with Charlie, but not necessarily with his realisation of his sexuality.

Moreover, he went to Charlie's house the day after their first kiss to tell him how confused he is, so I'd say he's definitely not sure at this point.
