Edward was helping James with getting accustomed to life at the Hatt's manor. The former red engine was still wobbly on his feet, so he used the wall as support.

Edward lead his fellow toddler to the playroom.

"And this room is where we play. Sir and Lady Hatt got us lots of toys and games." Edward showed James.

"How does playing in this room being useful for the railway"? James asked, confused about the concept of play.

"It isn't, it's just something children do from what Sir Topham Hatt said. Plus, it helps us learn how to get use to our human bodies." Edward explained.

"Come on I'll show you. Sir Topham Hatt helped us build a pillow fort and we are about to play knights and dragons." Edward invited as he helped James towards the fort.

However, when they got there the fort was nothing but a collapsed pile. Edward was shocked.

"What happened to our fort"! Edward asked surprised.

Henry was nearby in a baby walker, he was too young to talk, so his response was just babbling. Henry knew the others weren't able to understand him, so he pointed to the culprit.

There strapped into a baby rocker nearby was Gordon, happily waving around a pillow, the majority of the pile was close by.

"Gordon, why did you destroy the fort"? Edward asked, a little upset.

He waited for a babble of a response, but Gordon starred at Edward for a bit, before dropping the pillow, grabbing his foot and proceeding to put it into his mouth. Edward was perplexed, but the closer he stared at Gordon, the more he realized something was wrong as Gordon continued to happily drool all over his foot without a care in the world.

Edward had to get the Hatt's.
