Moonpaw interpretation
Tbh I didn't felt like posting this on main, plus is a design anyway.
I based her mostly on a concept of Sol I had in the past, and is because I really want her to be somewhat associated with him. I mean, we haven't seen him since more than 10 years ago, crazy right! While I do not mind her being a NightSun kit, part of me wishes she could be related to him somehow,,, even if he's somewhat irrevelant to the arc lol

I still miss the era before prequels when the clans were implied (or at least you could imagine them) to be ancient before later books all but confirmed the clans are only around like...less then a century old??
imagine if the dotc cast was having run-ins with ye olden english peasants or something and dodging around horse drawn carts. a different world could have been a fun change of pace. or at least potentially really funny. but nooo we just HAVE to have cars around, how else will we quickly fridge unneeded love interests

Hey howdy hey! I’m Captcha [she/they] (main: @recaptchaai)! I finally decided to try my hand at creating my own comic after being inspired by other ClanGen blogs like @echoes-in-echoclan, @juniper-clan, @sporeclan, @castaway-clan, and @littlebloomclan, as well as @thewhalesheart and @whatlurksbean!
This blog follows the ClanGen misadventures of AntreClan as they branch off from NettleClan and start a new clan in the crystal mountains west of the Sky-Touched Falls, against the stipulations of an ancient treaty. Perhaps they may be able to unlock the secrets and memories that was forgotten with the original AntreClan…

Okay but instead of Reborn losing his memory consider the following: he lost his memory shortly after joining the toppat clan and thus forgot everything about his past and grew dependent on the Toppat Clan bc he didn't know of anything he had before
ok so can you imagine him becoming closer with Reg pre-leadership because he seems hospitable and RHM without knowing why, really seemed to need that support and Reg starting to sense that RHM seems a bit restless and asks what's going on but RHM cannot use his words right so Reg says "it's alright if you don't want you reveal the past just yet, I know we haven't known each other for longer than three months" and that's what hits RHM that oh. I do not know what happened in the past.

i haven't kept up with the books in years but i felt compelled to spend the last week rebooting my warrior cat fanclan ocs from elementary school for some reason. you know how it is
#from left to right the clans are DuskClan EarthClan MoonClan and DawnClan#the naming system is a little different from the books. a cat is given a name as a kit#then receives a surname when they become an apprentice based on their mentor's name#they also have a matronymic surname. so nettle's full name is Nettle Twigkit Mushroompaw#or Nettle TwigMushroom#cats sometimes use another relative's name instead of the mother's if she's unknown or dishonored#if a cat with completely unknown or non-clan ancestry is brought into the clan they're sometimes given Starkit as their matronym

How do the followers or adversaries of Thistle Law talk about it in-universe? Like... Do they have terms for themselves such as idk. Thistlers? jk but would thistlers for example deny non-thistlers the term "warrior" or "leader" bc "a True warrior values battle and the right if challenge" or some shit like that?
In-universe, it's quite varied. Thistle Law is not a position that you just announce you hold, so there's a lot of code and double-speak.
Watch for cats who start focusing on Strength, Weakness, Purity, and Mixing, especially in WindClan and ThunderClan where there's a deeper stigma about openly supporting Thistle Law.
But when they ARE being open about their position, they refer to themselves as thistles, or use Thistle Law as a proper noun.
"I am a thistle, not a pansy"
"We follow Thistle Law"
"A thistle doesn't just let itself get shredded to death! It claws back!"
(I think it makes for better dialogue than having them say Thistleist or Thistler. I have a minor nitpick about ASC where they finally gave the clans a real slur and they went with "Clan Swapper." Has no bite to it, but I'm glad they're finally making xenophobes the actual antagonists)
When they refer to cats in the outgroup, you got it. They tend to deny them as 'true' warriors, if they're being especially aggressive they'll stop calling a leader by -star.
Thinking about it, they probably refer to othered cats as weeds and delicate flowers, like pansies or lilies. Things that a thistle chokes out.

ok so like yuuko is the mr grizz equivalent,p who moonlights as an idol manager, and watanuki lives a double life of being in fishtsuzen and working on nightmare salmon run shifts with eel friend mugetsu
im thinking to parallel the og story instead of spirits splatanuki has innate salmonid luring traits and has genuinely no idea why but it comes in handy as well as getting him into a ton of mess, altho mugetsu has a big form like little buddy so that would help a little bit. ah but the idea of the idol unit leading double olives as paranormal investigators sounds so fun too….fishtsuzen the world idk where the idea for this au even came from but it makes so much SENSE…

I laugh whenever I remember that both Julius and Bisley are basically spyrix engineers and this is literally not at all relevant to anything they do in-game 😂
But also now I have headcanons of Ludger as the non-STEM person and he’s like. vaguely familiar with spyrix from what Julius could convey to him but also very sure there’s just some things in life he won’t have the time or energy to understand, but it endears Jude to him because Ludger is a supportive onlooker despite having zero idea what anyone is talking about most of the time. The hard science equivalent of “he’s a little confused but he’s got the spirit”.
#v#x2#npcs talking about switching to spyrite sucks for spyrix engineers#meanwhile we dont get either julius or ludger’s thoughts on that#that doesnt even get into if anyone in the kresnik clan knew about the effects of spyrix#considering they know about spirits#or do they only know about the great spirits? and lesser spirits are just unknown to them#i feel like it would have connected the two games better#especially since ludger has. literally zero interest in spyrite besides supporting jude#but if i think about the bonus episode i will laugh#of course you could be less optimistic and say ludger blindly supports spyrix out of defence of julius#tho i dont see julius sharing in that mentality especially if bisley is on that side (privately)
