But how did it happen? Did it start from a serendipitous encounter? Being acquaintances in their respective factions/ organizations? Got tangled in whatever is going on in Dazai's and Fyodor's intel war and mind games? The possibility is endless.

Speaking of, it's not impossible that Fyodor and Dazai will try to dig up information about each other. Truthfully, these two men are way too smart to not realize that their beloved is related to their arch nemesis' lover. But I like causing chaos so imagine them trying to find out about each other's closest person/confidant and,

"Oh, that's my sibling. Do you want me to ring them up?"

The siblings' immaculate taste in men is one thing, but oh boy the power they hold. If they're in cahoots in this and Dazai + Fyodor fell just hard enough, Yokohama and the whole world might as well be within their grasp.

Now realistically speaking, we know how Fyodor and Dazai don't hesitate in orchestrating their intricate plans. The multiple murder attempts with varying methods and severity speak volumes. But the new situation will definitely call for a new plan. At the very least, they'll make "special cases" for their significant others' siblings. They won't die a horrible death. They will not be harmed.

On a lighter note, having significant others who are related means family bonding! Which involves a lot of passive-aggressive quips and smug smiles—whenever their s/o are not looking.

"Osamu, dear, you getting along well?"

And there we have it, an explanation for Ahito's sleepiness – he stores the Breath within himself, which can wear him out. Pretty cool, although it does bring up some questions. Does his dad do that too, since he has the same problem? How did that excess get released before he started playing Galactik Football? Why is he just doing better now I don't think we ever actually covered that in season 2

Awww poor Nina-8 :( Hmm what plan is Nikki-4 talking about, I don't remember much after the Paradisia tournament. I do like the conflict between the two, they may be twins but Nina-8 has a much softer personality than Nikki-4. And with her not being on the team until D'jok left, I wonder if she was already trying to distance herself from them a bit and try to live her own life. Which is pretty symbolic for an identical twin.

Well Mark's love drama has more potential than the love triangles they were doing until now, if only they'd given it more screentime and development

Hush Sharky is kind of underreacting for a journalist who just found out a galaxy-class footballer and his coach are in cahoots with the leader of the pirates

Again, the budget of this show might be low, but they actually have quite a lot of locations and the background art is always really good.

Sonny taking his mask off on Paradisia because he saw some plants sfjkdfssf that was unnecessary, he's so extra! And they're lucky the weather conditions are still perfectly fine for humans.

Stevens top scorer in the cup!! It might seem strange with him not having a flux, but it seems reasonable to me considering the Pirate's style of play. They always score at least one goal in their games, and he's pretty much always the one who does it. For other teams, the goal scoring is a bit more shared between different players. Plus it's still early in the cup.

KING. I LOVE THIS INTERACTION. Stevens keeping it real even before the Technoids showed up, I'll say we've had some good Pirates moments this season

Games between other teams are funny because there will be like. Exactly one new animation in the whole game. Literally everything else is stock footage

Episode 21:

D'jok seems to be perfectly back to normal and on friendly terms with the others as if nothing happened. Compare to season 2 where Rocket's Netherball stint had consequences and his return was not so smooth!

Ahito you couldn't think of a better excuse for Thran leaving? 😂 I do feel like we could have had a better reason in the story for Thran ending up with the Pirates, it IS a bit weird that he says he has to go on a mission with them but he doesn't actually have a reason to, and this is before the SEMI-FINAL. That's a bit too important to be sneaking off because... you just want to?

This season tried to be more blatant with the girl power messaging but then puts in moments like this?????

Oh I really love this interaction between D'jok and Luur before kickoff – no intimidation dance from the Xenons, just a meaningful handshake between a guy who almost plummeted to his death last season, and the player that saved him. Idk if the writers were intentional with this but if so, it's a really nice example of subtle writing and events of the previous season carrying over.

Wait yeah the Pirates aren't back yet! In which case, Aarch is pretty chill for a coach who is missing a player for A SEMI-FINAL MATCH. Eh I guess at this point he's just given up with these kids

Oh damn Brim Simbra actually died, I like that they went through with that so the explosion on Paradisia had consequences. Could have also opened up some interesting avenues with the new flux society leader in season 4 – maybe he'd want to do things differently?

But it's also kind of hilarious that Brim Simbra's very last action as flux society leader... was to delegate the galaxy saving to Sonny Blackbones yet again LOL

I fr don’t know. In terms of lore, I had a thought that Maxwell helps Charlie open the Gateway using the Codex and that one of the other Survivors finds him in cahoots with Charlie and that opens up a whole other can of worms-

Following up on the “The Survivors find out abt Maxwell’s betrayal” thing, I was also questioning which Survivors would be the most disappointed in Maxwell for betraying them.

I think Wilson is pretty high up there, as he and Maxwell had a truce that Maxwell basically broke and so then Wilson would feel as if he can’t trust Maxwell anymore. Maxwell and Wilson were also the first Survivors to mostly get along.

2022 in review (early)

In bed fighting a cold. Getting better though Alhamduilah! Thought about this year. 9 months of it - I was 23 which was a rough year. Thank god I was not actually giving birth to a baby this year. More like a new version of myself. So the year started on a somber yet exciting note. I left my first company ( the one I thought I would be at for 4+ years and I made it to 2.8). Precious young me. Always wanted to be loyal and loved and at a certain point was just drained. Now we leave as needed. Also no more side gigs. Attention span can only handle so much. So here I am. Thinking about this year. I started with a new job - I was excited about that 10k bump in salary and a chance to hone in on my skills. I don’t really remember most of the months honestly. Just a blur since I had to go into the office. I hated that. What a mess. Mom was still sick so we were going through that phase. We lived in that dangerous neighborhood. I was paying all the bills. Just ended it again with that idiot. I got a manicure and pedicure?? It wasn’t amazing but it did the job. Also got ghosted by the person paying for it ahaha so it’s ok. I kept buying things. Went to LA and had fun! Had oyster and more sushi as usual. Had my first Valentine’s Day experience which was lovely! Thought I met someone I really liked? Months later we realized they are an idiot who couldn’t communicate. Tried rabbit tapas! Also got to dance! More standup as usual! Little did I know I would start doing my own bits soon!! Finally got lit w siblings! About time it came full circle. We became United in cahoots. Older sister had her second wedding in Mill Valley! Went to Hawaii for the first time ever!!! That was amazing! And I have new fits from it! Started removing a friend from my stories because they just couldn’t be compassionate or even care to check in unless they felt prompted to. After crying about it a few more times I realized - I can also just call them out and I did a few months later. The trash took itself out! Moved into a new house in May! Met a Turkish dad who is obsessed and I ended that because I will not be someone you are ashamed of. No thank you. My mentee left and I cried a lot. Luckily I got to see her again in December! Realized how complex my relationship is w my mom once again thanks to some strong mints. Celebrated Eid! Got to see my BFFL and we actually left the house! Tried for standup! Love it so much! I have a healthy hobby and I really enjoy myself. Summer felt easier. Wen to a restaurant with what I thought would be a chill manager and he ended up being a micromanager so glad I left that. Time to leave some nasty reviews on Glassdoor! Friendship trip to LA w the besties and of course we had bracelets and everything! Lots of dancing and nothing really stays in my system?? Also hey realized I have outgrown sales and I am over it and want a more stable job. Met nice people who became good friends and now we do standup together! Also met a psycho who shook me to my core and scared me. So That’s was horrifying. Turned 24 and had a cute picnic date and enjoyed myself. Weeks later I did end it and I’m so proud of myself because I refuse to be friends who someone who couldn’t respect my time or feelings. Got super into farmers markets, making fresh oj, and doing little projects in the house and garden! Made new friends who believe in my social media career so now I want to fr fr attempt it! Visited Seattle and nyc and still had more drama to deal with and now have more boundaries to set. Mind blowing ecstasy feelings from my own body - I hit new records. I love being a woman. First motorcycle ride! Also new job full circle at mentor company!!! Wow and I gave myself another pay bump. AlhamdilAllah. In all of this I realized I need to put myself first. I am worthy of treating myself to things I want. I work too damn hard to always want to solve everything for everyone. I will call my family out more and more. I can tell you all the breakdowns I had and explain my thought process and I also know that I have been very critical of myself. Compassion.

Mystic Messenger Saeran’s AE Thoughts (.......And Prayers..) #Spoilerz

Hello, I just finished Saeran’s after ending and I have a lot of things to say and I am going to write it down while I'm still all keyed up about it.

First of all… Please DO NOT ask me how much money I spent to finish this as fast as I did…. I’m grown but my bank account is certainly going to have a good ole fashioned CHUCKLE at this….. It’s been a long quarantine I deserve a lil happiness as a treat methinks!

I have been playing this absolutely insane game since I think 2016? When I first started playing the deep routes had JUST come out I think? And I was just finishing up high school and am now a college grad...lmao

I’ve played all routes at least once except Jaehee but i’ve seen walkthroughs of her route (I’ve heard it makes you hate Jumin and he’s my favorite so um. hehe). V’s and Saeran’s routes I found to be so emotionally intense and just….a lot and I've been waiting a long ass god damn time for this after ending okay…. I would theorize and make up an ending in my head but i’m no writer so it was hard to figure out lol. I’m a Jumin stan mostly but I love everybody and yeah I should probably play that jumin dlc too but I need like a DAY to recover from Saeran’s AE. Enough about me HERE are my thoughts on it overall

Can we please discuss V showing up to the C+R conference room with basically chloroform and made everybody Pass Out like??? I was alone in my room at like midnight just SCREAMING at my phone???? And the creepy ass CG ???? It’s like that gif of sarah paulson from ahs being like “I put arsenic in the wine….and the pasta”

Anyway I screamed at V a lot during this process!!

Loved RFA being sweet and kind to saeran (before V fucking drugged them…)

This is such common V behavior “I have to do it all myself...there’s no other way..” GIRL SHUT UPPP You do this every route....

Saeran’s sprite looks a little TOO crisp compared to everyone else but maybe its a glitch??? V next to him is in 480p while saeran is like 1080p

Can we HAVE A DISCUSSION ABOUT JUMIN HAN BEING THE BEST CHARACTER IN THE GAME AND HE LOST EVERYTHING IN THIS AE……. he just took the blame and moved on jumin what the hell….. I love him so much r we serious? He watched his 2 closest friends betray him in the worst way and found out abt how Rika abused Saeyoung and Saeran???? I felt just AWFUL. Terrible ...Terrible….

Rika’s change in demeanor from Saeran's actual route is certainly a Choice. I find her much more bearable this time around and unfortunately i think I was too nice to her and ended up with a bad end LMFAO

I was happy to see Saeran stand up for himself and become stronger and confident. You go king!

The CG of Yoosung laying in Zen’s lap is everything to me…

HOWEVER YUP I sure did get a bad ending and I was so mad fdsafdskfdhsf ! (I would be happy to clarify how I got the good one the second time.) MAKE SURE To SAVE EARLY in days 2 and 3 bc the branches on day 4 is where the bad end will show up. For me it was the first day 4 chat and then a story mode titled “SAVIOR”.... If you see that RUN FOR THE HILLS!!

I was so mad! But I had saved in day 2 and replayed and MANAGED to get good end

I’m obsessed with everyone calling V and Rika “that psychotic couple” like…..its true its true…

No those two are so toxic… V’s route was torture watching them go on and on about the sun like yo can yall just call each other babe like normal people.

I respect straight people but not V and RIka that shit was just wrong… Straight marriage was a mistake

Oh lord i also FULLY Forgot Rika killed the twins’ mother…. Yeah that scene was um Certainly a lot but it needed to happen eventually

Like it’s good they know but damn that storyline is just so bleak

I think it was satisfying TO A DEGREE….To see Rika understand where she was wrong, why she was wrong, fess up and even APOLOGIZE! I was very surprised.

Saeran and Saeyoung are Certainly twins with the amount that those two self sacrifice in every route MY GOD…..

The scene with Jumin talking to his father and the other scene of him praying oh my god I cannot tell you how happy I was to see him begin to understand and address his own feelings in a route that was not his own. My main problem with Jumin’s route has always been the trapping MC in his penthouse aspect.. This way Jumin understands love and emotions without being overly possessive !!! YAY also loved seeing him be on good terms with his dad who was surprisingly profound

That last Story mode was Really a Lot…. and Strange things occurred which I will get into in just a minute

Jumin becoming a politician is so funny but ngl … i see it.

Yoosung going to france to study pastries ok king I see u! (it made more sense to me than the vet thing anyway)

I was happy with how they handled it for the most part. I think Cheritz heard our feedback about V’s after ending and was like okay….let’s try something different

HOWEVER

Saeran…. Sweet kind saeran… IS SO AFFECTIONATE HAHA….

He must have said I love you like 300 times…..very mushy gushy flowery language...and maybe that’s just his personality but for me it was like eating cake with buttercream cake. It means well, but god damn is it sugary and going to cause a stomach ache later.

He was just… SO MUCH! SO forward and ON all the time in his affections. I honestly felt kind of smothered and by day 3 and 4 I was sooooo over all the compliments… King you’ve come a very long way, but ur still putting MC on a pedestal and probably need to see a therapist.

Nextly….Rika and V….. Naw that knock out gas really ...that hurt lol. Coming from “I would do anything to protect RFA” V? Idk like…. EYE felt betrayed reading that. It was just hurtful. I can’t even imagine how the members would have felt as they were passing out. It was just so cruel. I suppose I understand why but like?? Just TERRIBLE

Them being in cahoots with the agency and the prime minister..HUH??? Also too much

V just felt so irresponsible like I do understand that he ended up in a weird web of secrets that’s hard to untangle but he’s so fucking stubborn he’s SO stubborn it makes me insane. Like sir… It seems like in other routes he wanted to try to protect Rika and the RFA.. But in this AE it seems more to me that he was like yeah i’m protecting Rika and That’s It… so fucking hurtful to me. Both of y’all apologize ESPECIALLY to the twins and Jumin..

The forgiveness thing…… Okay so I think some people will not like that Saeran decided to “forgive” the people who hurt him (Rika, V, Saejoong, his mother). I would point out that I actually think this was approached somewhat well. He says at one point that he doesn’t think they’re good or bad, just people. I think he sounded mature and like this was the way for him personally to accomplish his healing process. Would I have loved for Saeran to flip V and Rika off and kick Saejoong off a cliff? Yea I really would. But like…. If that’s what HE needs to do to heal then who am I to judge?

HOWEVER…. Everything Eye just said goes out the window when the scenes at the end with Saejoong come up… I was PERPLEXED. Like why did he HUG his deranged father who just kicked the shit out of him??? Also all the chat options that MC has with him r like blah blah you’re like this because no one loves you were so corny to me LMFAOOOO?

AND WHEN HE WAS IN THE ROOM LATER WITH SAERAN… i’m sorry but if that were me I would have called a nurse to deck his ass. Cool he turned himself in YOU SUCK SOOOO BAD AND I NEVER WANT YOU TO COME NEAR SAEYOUNG AND SAERAN AGAIN THANKS.

*scratches ass* I wish I got to see saeyoung and saeran finally sit down and have that first conversation after a long time and hug CG but the ending was fine I GUESS….. I dont care about ROMANCE I want those boys to be happy brothers together

Anyway that was really emotionally exhausting but I fr think I got it out of my system after literal years… And I can rest in peace knowing the choi twins are happy. THATS ALL I WANTED TO KNOW!!!!

Gwen: and I don't think any of this would get in the way of the dramatic confrontations and conflicts later, either

Gwen: when Feferi doesn't need Eridan's orphaning abilities, she can finally drop this charade of a pitch romance that he's obviously not feeling either

Gwen: putting up with him and his emotions and his stupid three-dimensional-chess pitchflirting tactics hasn't kindled the pitch fires of rage in her for a long time... just exhaustion

Gwen: with Sollux, sometimes he means a couple things at once, but he doesn't hide what he feels and make things confusing!

Gwen: Terezi's worried for a long time that Vriska was too much for any one troll to handle, and Kanaya mistakenly thinking that Terezi needed handling at the same time was bound to end up in disaster. It's a shame that Vriska has gone so comprehensively rogue, but now she has to be stopped for good, and Kanaya's in no state to do it.

ihasa: also I see your stable middle leaf there, with kanaya in the middle. but also? kanaya deserves being meddled with too, and imo the most fun thing about a more domestic ash romance is that it can roll:smile: kanaya and terezi get in an argument and vriska pretends like she's actually the mature troll of the trio, look how you two are squabbling, and they break it off to target her for a bit. vriska and kanaya start going at it and terezi puts them both on trial for disrupting the peace.
