Chiyori's experiences and opinions about the Jujutsu system (and by extent the defection of Suguru)
While attending Jujutsu High and working as a sorcerer, I think one of the more prominent observations that made a mark on Chiyori is how little support students and sorcerers received in dealing with struggles of psychological character. Because, well, they simply weren’t offered any, and as far as she’s noted, it's practically every man for himself.
Initially, Chiyori found it quite upsetting, if not surprising, how stark a contrast it was to the cozy, comfortable environment she originated from herself. An environment where her adoptive parents for the most part provided her the basic physical, mental and emotional support she needed to thrive—
Because the first time Chiyori witnessed someone die before her, she was just fifteen and in her first year. No one was there to assist her through the trauma — no assistance was offered. There were several reasons for that, which Chiyori wholly ends up recognizing and acknowledging as she grows up. First being that her issues at that time were being overshadowed by the chaos that followed the defection of the special grade sorcerer Geto Suguru, her former senpai.
Second being that matters of such were heavily underprioritized, if not regarded as unimportant, and continues to be even through her adulthood. Third being that most members of the Jujutsu Community aren’t equipped to deal with these types of issues in the first place — they hardly know how to address their own emotional and mental struggles without encountering frustrations or resorting to direct violence. Because of all that, Chiyori had to deal with the trauma all by herself, which was admittedly tragic on her part, but instead of pointing fingers at others, she understood — as unfortunate as it was — the circumstances that lead to the treatment she (didn't) receive.
Chiyori got over it eventually. I’m not quite sure how. Maybe she never really did in fact, or it happened at later stages in her life, but at least her thoughts were elsewhere entirely during Suguru’s defection. Far away enough for her to not consider the ideals and principles that lead her senpai to renounce the rights of non-sorcerers. Even if she had, I doubt Chiyori would’ve agreed with him — even as a teen she would’ve found Suguru’s visions confusing, flawed and incredibly narrow-minded, if not immature, especially considering how head over heels she was for him much she admired him during her first year.
Most of all, she probably felt — and continues to feel — sad for him. Sad that his integrity shattered. Sad that his negative experiences with non-sorcerers ended up weighing heavier than the positive ones. Sad for anyone who let themselves get coloured — tainted — by the toxic grips of the Jujutsu system that continues to operate on twistingly outdated standards. Standards as well as ethics and morals that dictate how the Jujutsu system should operate internally as well as externally. (Though, if anyone were to ask sorcerer Chiyori, she’d probably say she doesn’t understand any of it. All of it too political for her, really).
It's the lack of compassion of those incumbent of the system that causes her to recoil. Their lack of empathy and by extent their lack of competency to properly reform the current laws to be on level with modern day thoughts on how things should be done that cause sorcerer Chiyori — whether she’s entirely aware of it herself of not — to retract herself from the political sphere despite her rank.
To rephrase: I don’t necessarily think Chiyori regrets the whole Geto Suguru incident. Yes, she was upset, confused and disappointed, but she got over it eventually. And after her own personal experiences with the system, (she goes through her own set of trials and tribulations), she acknowledges that it was bound to happen eventually. If not for her senpai, then perhaps for someone else entirely, because after all, Chiyori is — or grows to become — smart enough to understand that emotions are the driving force behind every human action.

the biggest reason why i believe eve has taken over lilith's spot is because she would have every reason to want to go to heaven while lilith doesn't.
let's headcanon/theorize bitches-!
think about it. lilith had willingly gone with lucifer in either support or dedication towards his dreams and ideas ( even if falling wasn't planned), wasn't someone that follows/nor enjoyed authority very well, and thrived in hell. why would lilith, someone who thrived in hell along with having everything she could possibly want- wish to go to heaven? what was there for her that she would willingly abandon everything she had worked towards before? not to mention any deal she struck with either adam or lute doesn't seem likely, she didn't like adam! and i cannot see her typically liking lute from 'their' brief interaction.
from what we've seen with pictures and portraits of the morningstar family, lilith looked extremely happy with her family throughout a majority of these pictures. we can see her face, the ring on her finger, and the clear love she has for her family. and while i'm not dismissing the idea that love can fall apart, that wouldn't justify lilith ultimately leaving charlie ( and seemingly creating a rift between charlie and lucifer if she was ultimately going to leave charlie as well )- of course we could imagine lilith looked down at lucifer for losing his sense of dreams and hope, but that would've happened before charlie was born. and the only time we see 'lilith' before the finale is in the flashback, and her hair plus with the lack of a drawn face makes it seem like they are trying so hard to hide someone who we already know, not to mention her trading card.
but who would have the ambition into getting into heaven? eve! eve was the first sinner, the one that ultimately created the original sin and allowed evil to fester on earth. she would be the first human soul in hell, just as adam would be the first human soul in heaven ( which we now know a majority of the population doesn't know what gets someone into heaven or hell )- eve would of course be bitter over this! in her eyes, she was tricked and was blamed for everything- basically robbed of a paradise after her death because of a single action. she would have every reason into wanting to get into heaven and absolutely do nothing but relax on a beach.
ultimately if the lilith we've been shown turns out to be just actually lilith, i would be very interested to know the reasons why someone who thrived in hell and gathered hellborns under her rule would willingly abandon that and her family for just sitting on a beachside in heaven. of course it could be a lot more than what we've seen and s2 is apparently going to have some more lilith content ( seeing as the creator seemed excited to explore lilith's path ) so just have to wait and see! personally however, i do believe eve or someone else has taken lilith's appearance and has manipulated everything into what it is now.

FANG i have smth i would like to inquire about an oc i am planning to make for red dead.....have not played it yet but plan to
i tried to hold off making an oc until i actually played the fucking game but whenever u (and lamb) talk about a new fandom it makes me chomp at the bit to immerse myself and now its too late
made my oc british thinking oh that might be fun!! but realised wait don't the british have heavy beef with everyone at that time....would that cause conflict at camp?? would she have tomatoes thrown at her during dinner (head in hands)
no not at all!! my very in depth self insert for red dead has a indian/british accent on a technical basis and the game itself has a really diverse cast of characters. you have a person at camp you meet later named trelawny who is super british but nobody rlly cares
the only character who would jokingly give you any grief about it is maybe sean cause he's irish lol. but he'd do it in a silly way like he makes fun of arthur for being an englishman as he says (arthur is american af so its very funny) there's also micah and bill but they're complete pieces of shit but it's not like a point of contention at all. camp has a mexican member, two black members, one mixed member (who is black + native!!) and for the most part camp treats them just fine. the game does not shy away from racism though so npcs out in the world might have something to say. but not camp
OBVS BEING BRITISH IS NOT A RACE THING BUT i use it to make a point that the camp generally speaking leans on more accepting then not.
again with the exception of micah and bill who are complete pieces of shit no one else really cares. especially not arthur who is both kind and very accepting... my feminist king fr
so i dont think ur oc being british would matter too much !!

throughout the different stages of growing up, i swung wildly from identifying with arata and taichi even suo a lot of their experiences and relationships mirror our own, making them characters that we can empathise with and understand easily
someone else brought this up and i agreed. this page did strike me as odd: is it a retcon as some suggest? or is arata looking back at his friendship with taichi through rose-tinted glasses?
i touched a little upon how the anime and manga differed here but i don’t think this was a point where the anime and manga actually diverged, unlike what this tweet suggests.
because taichi does notice that chihaya’s attention slips away from him, which is why the conversation shifted towards being about arata.
(i’m just going to dub this the and the ensuing parts before they become karuta buddies the Chihaya Incident™ for clearer reference)
we then see that the class has a negative attitude towards him.
that’s not to say the tweet is entirely wrong though. the anime did take the above page out. perhaps because it was too mean or explicit? regardless, the reality is that both manga and anime followed the same formula of chihaya notices arata → taichi is mean towards arata
now let’s examine the page again. why would arata then think taichi would have approached him first if not for chihaya? it’s clear that his classmates seems to be bullying him even prior to these few panels.
if we find arata’s thinking to be odd, it’s because we assume that taichi was an active participant in his bullying prior to the Chihaya Incident™ but there is not textual evidence to actually suggest that. and there definitely would not have been an escalation in the ostracism that arata faced if not for the Chihaya Incident™ either.
putting that aside, perhaps we assumed falsely and that taichi hadn’t been actively bullying arata. it does still seem like a huge leap for taichi to go from bystander to pro-actively befriending the class outcast.
except, maybe not really. because we don’t actually have much to work with here. so i don’t think it’s fair to say that this page was a retcon. there is no actual in-text contradiction occuring. upon reflection, this dissonance relies on a lot of our assumptions of these characters and how they behave outside of karuta and the Chihaya Incident™. we weren’t really privy to such info because they didn’t serve any purpose. if anything, this page was arata’s own retrospection that reflected more on his perceptions of taichi’s character than on taichi’s actual behavior. whether we believe taichi would have became besties with arata is one thing, it’s a completely separate matter if arata himself does. and at the end of the day, that is what actually matters.

Back off,kid.
Pairing : Gojo Satoru x Reader
Note ₊˚⊹♡ : (Teen)Gojo is jealous over (kid) Fushiguro having a crush on you.
Fushiguro Megumi always wonders if he made the right choice every time a white-haired sunglass wearing teenager walks into the house.
The tall older boy would grin as his hands form a salute. “You doing good Megumi and Tsumiki?”
He was as useful as the indoor plants. Fushiguro thought.
Gojo wasn’t much good at cooking and neither helped with cleaning, probably because of his rich background—but he did spoil them with lots of food and pocket money but he wouldn’t ever admit that.
As much as Fushiguro would love to throw insults at Gojo, he holds back his tongue each time; Tsumiki would send sharp glare and nag him if he did.
The first friend he brought to visit them was a girl; it was after Gojo went missing for a while and when Tsumiki inquired about it ,he simply said one of his dear friend went cray-cray as his finger twirls at the temple of his head.
The girl had short, brown hair with a distinct smell of cigarette; her name was Shoko Ieiri. She wore an impressed look when she entered the house as she looked over to Gojo. “Heh— The place is pretty neat,Gojo.”
Fushiguro looked to Gojo who placed some groceries on the counter top with a proud smile on his face. “I know right!” Gojo replies.
The young boy frowns. “It’s Tsumiki who keeps the place clean.” Shoko gives Gojo a stare before she cackles.
A week later when Tsumiki was still in school with club activities, another person makes an appearance ,you. He could faintly hear conversations between you and Gojo through the front door on how you’d actually wanted to visit them sooner but was bombarded with mission before it swings open.
The first thing Fushiguro noticed was how Gojo seemed to make you enter first— other times he barges in without a care for Shoko— his hands near your back with a slight space, without touching it. Why was Gojo being nice?
You blink at the dark haired boy. “Fushiguro Megumi, right?” Gojo peers from behind as you smile. “Did you eat?”
“Not yet. Waiting for Tsumiki to get home.” Fushiguro thinks you’re the first person who is kind of decent.
You nod take plastic bag from Gojo’s hands and lift up it, your smile widen. “I’ll make you some good stuff then.”
“I want to eat your cooking too,y/n.” Gojo chirps in only to be ignored. And to your credit, it was actually good. He didn’t remember the last time he had something this good home made.
After that, your visits seemed to increase which Fushiguro Megumi did not mind, in fact he was getting fond of your presence. You helped with food, cleaning which lessened the load on Tsumiki plus you also helped him with his studies.
“You seemed to get it now, Megumi.” Poor kid, blushes a bit hearing your compliment. “Practice this set of questions and I think you’ll do pretty well on your tests.” You smile.
Fushiguro nods as he does as you say, face still heated up. He looks up at you, who was reading a book. Your hair slightly in your face, lips slightly parted with eyes focused. You were extremely beautiful and as much as he wouldn’t admit it , he had a big fat kid crush on you.
“Megumi-chan.” Suddenly he is shoved to the side as a body makes way in between you and him. It was Gojo who sat in between. “Move over~ This seat is mine.”
The boy frowns and so did you, not liking Gojo’s action. “Don’t interrupt the kid, who is studying.” Kid? Ouch…You huff as your move over, despite you complaining you make space for him, focus back on your book.
Fushiguro watched as Gojo leans closer to you, almost resting his head on your neck as he looked over to your book; after a while eyes slowly moved over to you, his expression softens.
Gojo smiles as he tugs a piece of hair behind your hair, to which you don’t react as if it was normal. Thee older man then turns his head to Fushiguro—oops,he got caught staring.
The white haired boy then grins, a condescending one in fact as he mouths out the following words.
‘y/n-is-mine.” Fushiguro huffs. ‘back-off.”
