Full explanation for Yumera's backstory:

I know that I am not able to make a whole comic for it, so I will be writing it out incase there is a chance anyone is interested.

Yumera is a girl living in poverty in the Taisho era. At the time, it was common for girls to quit school and travel away from home for work. She was no exception to this. There would be alot of domestic work, and also work in places like a tea house. The girls working there didn't get much sleep and it was mentally demanding, not to mention how young they were.

Her family consisted of her parents, twin sister and of course herself. She had an alright relationship with their parents, but was much closer to her sister: Yurina. Unlike the calm and collected Yumera, Yurina was quite emotional. She was not able to handle the work as easily as her sister did, but they tried supporting eachother.

On a a fateful night, a demon attacked the tea house, leaving several dead and injuried. Yurina has suffered a wound, but they managed to escape the tea house. However, it was only the beginning of their troubles. While they were running away from the demon, they became lost. Yumera had no way of going back home, and things were looking grim. She was getting hungry, exhausted, and most of all; desperate. She has considered stealing food from the nearby fields on more than one occasion. Which she did end up doing, but almost got caught. She was only able to treat Yurina's wound with her limited medical knowledge. Of course, she has tried finding a way or look for help, but to no avail.

Unfortunately, Yurina has lost too much blood and succumbed to her demise. Yumera spent hours absentmindedly holding her sister's cold body, as if convincing herself that she was just sleeping.

She almost completely gave up, until a certain retired Hashira found her; Sakonji Urokodaki. He took her in, where she would start a completely new life.

Sorry it's boring aaa. There are other details, but this is more of a shorter version.

So from what I’ve seen from your posts about Yumera, she is like a mix between Giyuu and Shinobu possibly?

so Cloudy asked specifically for the request to be modeled in the kimetsu gaikun (idk how to spell it) so what is Yumera’s personality for that?

A chance to talk about Yumera? Don't mind if I do.

Yumera is a quiet girl. She displays a calm and collected personality, often relying on logic rather than emotion. She is a girl who matured way too fast for her age to due her living conditions. Despite her quiet demeanor, she can still socialize with others fairly well. She is sort of the gentle "Mom" friend and is a good listener. She prefers to keep her problems to herself, having lost the only person she can be open with, her sister.

As a slayer, she is good at both solo missions and missions that require being coeprative with others. She used to have a habit of cowering and running away when things got too much, but this has gotten better.

Yumera's ambitions aren't too high and she simply wants to live a peaceful life after the final battle.
