I think I figured out why the trailer fucked us up so much.

We were only waiting for the release date of the Full Moon episode, just that one. We were not expecting to have every S2 episode announced, the stolitz duet AND the massive bomb of information and FINISHED animation that was the trailer. We were not ready to have our dopamine levels rollercoaster like that in the span of what, couple of hours? I'm still reeling.

My man was so happy and they took that away from him...

The irony of me being a visual person (it's one of the reasons I love art and animation, it's my fave way to consume) while being visually impaired, it almost feels like a cruel joke...

I was born partly blind, so I've never known better, but I think that's also why I appreciate the vision I do have so much.

My mother, who was an eye doctor assistant (and who measured my current glasses), always used to say "your right is lazy and your left eye doesn't even try" (because I can barely see anything with it). She always found it funny how my left eye literally couldn't even read the biggest letter on the board.

The best way I can describe the vision in my left eye is like one big blurry mess with missing spots that my brain tries to fill in, but has literally no idea how. Especially reading is literally impossible with my left eye, even with glasses on. And my right eye is just your basic lazy eye, so mainly blurryness.

Literally the only thing about my vision that isn't impaired are colours, it's one of the (very many) reasons I love animation so much. All the bright colours help me see things a lot more clearer than all those muddy allergic to colour live-action movies.

The duality of me finding milk and cereal absoutely disgusting, but yoghurt and cereal absolutely delicious.
