Elegant 1920 brownstone in Baltimore, Maryland has 6bd. 5ba. and is listed for $649,900.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Isn’t the entrance hall amazing? The foyer is lovely, but the leaded glass inner door, that bench & mirror, the floor & ceiling are all stunning. Love the wainscoting and wallpaper, also.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Oh, this is stunning. Look at that ceiling. The curves! The flooring, wainscoting, fireplace and windows are all amazing, and so is the wallpaper.
Tumblr media
Check out the light fixture on the right.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Functional pocket doors open to the 2nd sitting room. It’s so artsy. Love that fireplace, crown molding and ceiling medallion.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
What an elegant room.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
This home is just one stunning room after another. The fireplaces and ceilings are incredible. And. look at the chandelier.
Tumblr media
Hall behind the entrance leads to the kitchen.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Nice, simple remodel. The cabinetry matches the wood in the rest of the home, and they left that wonderful fireplace. How often do you see such a beautiful fireplace in a kitchen?
Tumblr media
Behind the fireplace is this lovely sunny space for dining.
Tumblr media
Beautiful, spacious vintage guest powder room.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Wow, this is the right way to restore a vintage bath. Love this so much. I can’t understand why people do modern baths when they reno. This is fabulous. Notice how the green in the tile matches the tub’s paint.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
These rooms just get better. This is gorgeous. I love their choice of paint colors and wallpapers. This room may actually be the dining room.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Spacious bedroom with an en-suite is so pretty.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
It looks like they may have added a shower in this bathroom that was originally just a 1/2 bath.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Another beautiful fireplace. Since older homes sometimes lack closets in the bedrooms, they’ve placed one in the room that matches the flooring.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
This bd. is huge, and so beautiful.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Look at the stained glass skylight in the hall.
Tumblr media
Another wonderful vintage bath restoration.
Tumblr media
This home has such beautiful stained glass windows.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
The two remaining of the 6 bds. are sunny and bright and have been refurbished.
Tumblr media
The 5th vintage bath. Every bath is amazing, but I think that this one goes with an apt. in the home.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
This is a small apt. that hasn’t been completely redone.
Tumblr media
The basement is nice, not spooky at all. Looks like there’s a nice storage closet back there, too.
Tumblr media
In love with this home.
Tumblr media
Around the block is a garage which is worth gold in a city, and look at the porch above.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Passage to the garage.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Behind the garage is a tiny area that could be a cute place to sit or put a little grill. Not much of a yard, but that’s city life. I’d be happy to have a private area like this.

In love with this 1928 mansion in Los Angeles, California. Only $9.885M.
Tumblr media
Just look at the gold walls. Isn’t that perfect? Gold would look stupid in a normal house, but it suits this one. Love the cascading ivy, too.
Tumblr media
It’s a huge house, but this room is cozy.
Tumblr media
This would definitely be livin’ the dream. Look at the floor-to-ceiling windows.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Can you imagine a living room like this? It’s amazing. That fireplace and the ceiling.
Tumblr media
Isn’t this stunning?
Tumblr media Tumblr media
I guess this chandelier conveys, but not sure I like it.
Tumblr media
Dinner is served. Let us adjourn to the dining room thru the stately columned arch.
Tumblr media
The simplicity- Walls of windows provide the scenery from the gardens.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
The kitchen is simple, like the rest of the uncluttered decor of the house.
Tumblr media
Pantry/breakfast room has doors to the garden.
Tumblr media
Conversation area.
Tumblr media
Main bd. of 5.
Tumblr media
Beautiful place for morning coffee.
Tumblr media
Original art decor bath.
Tumblr media
Plus, it has a great closet.
Tumblr media
The bds. are all lovely and a generous size.
Tumblr media
The baths are all fabulous, too.
Tumblr media
Look at this interesting room- the bed is in a partial cubby.
Tumblr media
Each bath is better than the last.
Tumblr media
They have a yoga room.
Tumblr media
This is the dome you see on the top of the house from the outside.
Tumblr media
It leads to the roof-top deck. How beautiful is this?
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Has a great view of Los Angeles. What a great house.
