Después de un largo tiempo sin compartir, disfruté de la amena compañía y grata conversación del buen amigo @alfonsgras, durante un almuerzo de un viernes. En esta ocasión conocimos "Silan", ubicado en carrer d'Enric Granados, cuya cocina es una combinación de platos mediterráneos y del Oriente Medio, deliciosos y muy saludables, con opciones vegetarianas, veganas y sin gluten. Me decidí por el Pini's birthday special, pollo en comino y laurel, tahinis blanco y crudo, con cebolla caramelizada y hojas de menta en limón. Alfonso decidió probar Arayes, unos trozos de carne de ternera picada, condimentada con siete especias diferentes, y con tahini crudo, harrisa y salsa de mango. Todo ello en pan pita. Y de postre, degustamos el Malabi, la panacota del Medio Oriente, con agua de rosa, sirope casero de granada y pistacho. Todo estuvo exquisito, amén de la esmerada atención del personal. On this occasion we visited "Silan", located on Carrer d'Enric Granados, whose cuisine is a combination of Mediterranean and Middle Eastern dishes, delicious and very healthy, with vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options. I decided on the Pini's birthday special, chicken in cumin and bay leaf, white and raw tahinis, with caramelized onion and lemon mint leaves. Alfonso decided to try Arayes, some pieces of minced beef, seasoned with seven different spices, and with raw tahini, harrisa and mango sauce. All this in pita bread. And for dessert, we tasted the Malabi, the panna cotta from the Middle East, with rose water, homemade pomegranate syrup and pistachio. Everything was exquisite, in addition to the careful attention of the staff.
