Here’s what’s gonna happen: you’re gonna prepare the dragon meat, soft and tender, just how it should be. Season it, use the salt and pepper in my bag. Set aside about 50 ml of red wine, the same stuff we got from the abandoned castle. You’re gonna use that in the basting process. Now what you’re gonna wanna do next is sear it for about a good 30 seconds on each side until each is browned, leaving a juicy pink interior for flavor. My guys are working on the tail soup, so don’t worry about it.

- My queen 🫶🏽 love her and she can do no wrongs. Feel like her younger life and even adult life people would tell her who she is or what kind of person she was/wasn’t and this one line stuck out to me

Saul Goodman/Jimmy McGill

- Cruel World

- Lyric: “got your bible, got your gun”/ “everybody knows that I’m the best I’m crazy, yeah yeah”

- First lyric reminds me in my interpretation of Jimmy being split between him and his alter ego and doing good in law vs playing law as his game, kind of the contradiction of having a bible and a gun (don’t come after me please). Second lyric more of him going a bit crazy in some scenes with his speeches 🤨

Seeing people decide to watch Breaking Bad based on the Tumblr memes is especially funny when they do it specifically for the memes about Jesse, because... well, let's put it this way. Aaron Paul, the guy who played Jesse, was nominated for a Primetime Emmy award for best supporting actor in a drama series for his work on Breaking Bad on five separate occasions, including twice in one season, and won three of those nominations. He was the first person ever to win that award three times for the same role. Like, Jesse's storyline is so viscerally unpleasant that it set industry records.

i wonder if as mike sat there bleeding out from the world's pettiest gunshot wound, he felt a pang of regret for jesse not just because he was leaving the kid alone with walter white and no more buffer for that abusive relationship but because he wouldnt be able to let jesse know what happened. he's smart enough to know that walt is just going to cover this encounter up and never tell the truth about mike's death, which only bothers him because jesse deserves to know that mike didnt abandon him. mike didnt walk out on him. mike didnt give up on him. mike sits there dying and thinks of jesse waiting at his living room window for mike to pull up to the curb and collect him for some work errand. waiting for him. a child sitting on the soccer field after practice, watching the sun fall lower in the sky and realizing that no ride is coming to pick them up. unwanted, forgotten. mike dies before he can reach the field and jesse never learns that in his final moments, mike wanted to tell him "i would never leave you behind."
