I love your opinions on comics and how sane they make me feel because we share most of the same opinions! I’ve come here to join the anon salty rants you get sometimes! Thanks btw for letting people rant to you about fandom salt! 🫶
To start this off, this is something I do to myself by going on TikTok to look for animatics. I genuinely enjoy them and won’t stop going through the cursed TikTok tags to find them but it does come at the cost of having to see some of the most annoying trends that get popularized on characters. Right now it became a thing for people to make videos on how awful “90s Tim” was and how poor Steph suffered SO much having to date that terrible misogynist. How people think Steph was anywhere near a progressive“girls girl” is beyond me. They’ll always vaguely talk about Tim being horrible and then never bring up the panels they are even talking about?! It’s the same in the comments of people just parroting what the video says without bringing up anything he said that was offensive. I know pretty much any '90s comic (and comics still today!) is going to be a bit misogynistic but I really don’t remember Tim being anywhere near the “raging misogynist” they think he is. He’s Helena and Babs little brother and he has a great relationship with both. There’s a Babs panel making a point of saying Tim was the only one who thanked her for all she does for the team. Kon even complained that Tim lectured him on respecting women. 😂
Thank you. I'm glad that you get catharsis out of reading the rants I throw out into the void. Which makes it a little hard for me to say this next part because I really, truly don't want to make you feel bad, I haven't said anything before and it's 100% not you, it's a me thing.
I need to ask that people not send me anything about what's happening on TikTok, ever.
I had the app briefly, years ago before the pandemic, and I deleted it for a reason. I find the environment on that app to be deeply toxic and unhealthy. I've never seen a comics take there (again, other than PandaRedd's) that didn't make me feel sad, lonely and angry over how much ignorant people love to shit on a medium and characters that I love. The only thing that thinking about them ever does is derail my focus for the rest of the day, and it's just not healthy.
So I really don't want you to feel bad, anon, but I need this to be the last TikTok related rant that ever lands in my inbox please.

Ze'mer such a tragic character. My God I just realized she's going to have years worth of mourning dumped on her and she is going to be hugging her lover. Poor girl meanwhile is going to be so confused on why everyone is having a mental breakdown.
Are we talking about cwhp on how when Ghost went back in time some characters had some or all memories retained? I don't think that most of the characters would remember much of the future, but they will have phantom pains or feel something when something happens. For example, Tiso feels scared when thinking about the Collosum or Quirrel having some memories of Ghost. Ze'mer probably feels some anxiety or spurts of being depressed or mourning cause of her lover's death.
The only bugs that would have remembered the future are the vessel (the ones that were alive in the future), higher beings(Unn, pk, wl), void-tainted Grimmchild/NKG, and void-tainted Radiance. Hyde, The Collector would remember more than the average bug that was alive but not that much cause their mind is 'simple'. The only bug that is 'normal' and has full retention of her memories is Helena, The Seer.
Will the bugs affected by the time travel find out about why they are feeling the way they are feeling? Unless PK decides to tell his knights how much of a monster he is, then probably not.

A while ago, before the Rayman DLC for Mario+Rabbids Sparks of Hope was announced, I created a story set to continue the adventures of the limbless legend. One of the things I tried to somewhat start up is giving the Nymphs more of a personality, which, while I didn’t show off to its full extent in said story, I will list right now. (Constructive criticism on the Nymphs personalities is very appreciated.):
I’ll start with Edith Up. She has a stereotypical high pitched “Valley Girl” voice. She, of course, loves to eat. A connoisseur, you could call her. At the same time, she exercises a lot. She prides herself on her looks, her tan especially. She’s also a Kung Foot *fanatic!*
Annetta Fish is someone who I would consider to be easily stressed. The waters of the Sea of Serendipity are one of the few things that manage to keep her consistently calm. That, and cuddling the living stuffed animals that are Rabbids. She is generally tense when on land, unless she’s around her sisters or friends. She enjoys reading quite a bit. Before The Magician was turned to a Teensie, he used to be good friends with Annetta. When talking to others, friends or otherwise, Annetta refers to people formally in a high pitched, sheepish tone of voice.
Next up is Holly Luya. I like to think of her as the Glade’s #1 Party Planner! She constantly knows just what every setting needs for the perfect shindig! Just…make sure she has her coffee first… While she isn’t party planning, she can be seen with a surprisingly laid back demeanor at times, singing and soaring gracefully through the Desert of Didgeridoos, teaching the children of the Glade how to sing and dance, or tending to a local flock of birds! Her voice would be one with a higher pitched Australian accent!
Helena Handbasket is a woman of gossip. She has scarily good hearing. Once she hears something the slightest bit interesting, she takes the topic, and morphs it into a web of rumor insanity. She also has a tendency to fall asleep really easily (The mountain life is very calming.) Helena can also be found making an assortment of clothes and furniture at lightning speed. She’s also scared of lightning. Her voice-which is slightly deeper than most other Nymphs-sounds, as if she was from Sweden.
Now for who I like to imagine as the youngest of the sisters: Voodoo Mamma! She is what I consider to be a loner. Aside from Betilla, none of the other Nymphs like to be around her, save for an important meeting. Because of this, Mamma tends to hang around in the Land of the Livid Dead, alone.
Mamma has tried to fill the void of having little friends by taking up many hobbies. Aside from rocking out and making voodoo dolls, her hobbies include:
Stage Acting
Performing ballet in front of her stuffed animals
Being a bit of a gymnast
Her voice is that of a deeper, sultry kind of voice.
To round out the personalities, Betilla, being the oldest, is the most mature. She’s very perky, but plenty caring of her friends. She can be seen hosting meetings with her sisters in the Fairy Council, relaxing by waterfalls in Jibberish Jungle, tending to a garden, and frequently being an emotional therapist. She doesn’t really mind the last thing that much, as she really loves helping people. This also connects to her being the only Nymph who hangs around Voodoo Mamma. Her voice sounds like it does in Rayman Origins: High pitch, and happy!
Note that none of the fairies are meant to be brain dead. They know a lot about the world, and the areas of the Glade in which they reside.

Tim + Cass = Selina & Dick.

Bruce thought the game was a virtual reality training exercise. They play as a group for Damian’s thirteenth birthday celebration, and it takes them all a bit to figure out this is real. Alfred was talking into playing by Tim when they realized they needed even numbers.

Ra’s al Ghul was the Space player for a failed session, who somehow survived it imploding and got into this one (like the Condesce). He is also, actually, Damian, and is very surprised that his alternate universe self is not also a Space player.

i'm probably going to talk a bit about OCs that i haven't talked about here before.
Favorite OC: lehna. she's my ride or die and has the most thought put into her as of late. she's kind of like my comfort character that is the most easily adaptable into whatever situations i feel like throwing her in and she's my only oc that is sunshine outside/raging storm inside.
Oldest OC: kiavo! he's been with me for nearly 15 years. even though i don't really do much with him in fandom (he has his own original verse now), he still is very special to me.
Newest OC: helena
Meanest OC: althea is very mean. she's very selfish and has no qualms about stabbing someone in the back (literal) if it means she'll get something out of it. she's also extremely blunt to people's faces and has no issue with being perceived as a rude ass bitch.
Softest OC: rowan. he's very soft and pathetic kind of like a wet cat (endearing)
Most Aloof/Standoffish OC: zach. he's from the same verse as kiavo (though i am slowly converting him to ffxiv) and hates being perceived.
Dumbest (Affectionate) OC: lehna. she's not actually dumb but genuinely thinks she is due to how her family treated her in the past. she can also be really hot headed and not think things through before she does them.
Dumbest (Derogatory) OC: leon. he's extremely book smart (probably the smartest out of all my ocs when it comes to traditional knowledge--he's also completely self-taught) but like... he's fucking stupid. the "this book told me not to mess with voidsent as a black mage so i'm going to open a void portal just to see what happens" kind of stupid.
Smartest OC: althea. she is not only intelligent but also street smart, and a lot of this comes from her looking out for herself above everyone else. she's cold and calculating and as a result, she rarely ever loses at whatever she is trying to do.
Horniest OC: lehna & zach are probably tied. they're actually very similar characters. they'd sleep with each other.
