That is not Alice Krige's hand, which is why it looks so freakishly large. She only had her makeup done from her shoulders up for this day of filming so they got one of the other Borg drones and had him kneel out of shot then reach up and seductively stroke Patrick Stewart's face.

I am completely obsessed with this moment of Patrick Stewart and Brent Spiner being SUCH theatre actors. Just the stagey-est performance of "eating soup" you've ever seen. Borderline too much business with the soup. Picard sniffing the soup. Picard making a "gross" face while Data makes a "not bad" face. Data shooting little glances at Picard to make sure he's doing it right. Perfection. 🤌
