Seeing a lot of theories about Tae Sung and honestly i dont think my little brat baby is the killer at all. In fact we still don't know all the details of the OG timeline. Since Sun Jae was the one who saved Sol, where does Tae Sung come in and why did he leave school after her accident?
In the timeline after the second time travel sequence, it is highly likely that he completes school because Sol encouraged him to. But here they bring in his Father while dealing with the murderer and Sols escape. So what are the chances that Tae Sung is actually a cop, keeping a track on the old murderer? Maybe high.
I dont know, because while they didnt show us how he was caught the second time, it is safe to assume he was. Since the news says he was let out recently. So maybe the key to the story is how he was caught the second time around?
The first time I think we can be sure that he somehow managed to get into Sun Jaes hotel room and off him because he was pissed that he was the reason he got caught.

So I finally finished episode 8, here is what I loved -
The loser-isms. Sun Jae waiting for Sol but refusing to acknowledge. Him getting drunk and ending up at her old house to cry and scream her name (for a whole decade).
Him not being able to move on. Pining and yearning. Because honestly it looks fantastic on him. He gave Sol his heart and he quite literally does not want it back, he only wants her. He doesn't even bother trying to get over her.
Love In Hyuk wondering if Sun Jae is giving in easily and cooking for his crush, and him doing exactly that.
Sun Jae isn't a green flag, he is the Amazon Rainforest thriving during the monsoon.
Side note- I'm noticing that Byun Woo Seok is in a lot of things and that we have all been blind. Its true that when you notice someone, you finally start seeing them everywhere.
Another side note- Im not the biggest fan of adult Sol's hairstyle. I wish they would keep her hairstyle from the college days or even change it up and do something different.

The thing about jiwon and soo hyuns chemistry is 90 percent that the characters cannot live without each other and have that star crossed but lovers in every life thing going for them. Its also 90 percent them being soft during the entire honeymoon shoot. Like that is chemistry come on. He smiles into a kiss. I will eat that up. Thats the softness i want. Also these two are just great actors on their own, so putting them together and making them yearn and pine and then cuddle and kiss is great.

Queen of tears better answer each and every question they opened up with no loose ends and give me fluff and soft baekhong. I do not care if that damn finale is 3 hours long.

Excuse my language. But yoon eun song you fucking bastard. Like this dude just gets worse and worse. Has zero redeemable qualities and just tried to kill hyun woo because hae in will never love him. Idiot.

Me realising I can deal with boy Sun jae because he is a kid in love and I'm like aww what an adorable puppy. What will I do with grown man Sun Jae who is an idol and all that. I will swoon or combust.

Everyday is a struggle with Ryu Sun Jae because he is a simp. He was born to teach us what an absolute pleasure it is to watch a man simp so hard that he needs a moment to look away and compose himself so that his downbad smile is not on display.
Downbadism is an art and Byun Woo Seok acts like he did a four year degree on it. You go king.
Another thing that absolutely is adorable is that Im Sol is still not in love with Sun Jae. Everything she does is out of the love she has for a person who got her through a hard time, someone she has grown to care about but as an idol. Right now while she has begun to see Sun Jae as the kid who lives next door, it is still her idol that she wants to save. And that to me is pretty nice because she isn't trying to impose herself on him or his life for any other reason but to keep him safe. There is no ulterior motive. And I think thats what makes her so likeable.
Special mention to tae sung, he is adorable in a way that not all second leads are and all his scenes with his banter with Sol are extremely fun to watch. In another drama, they would make an absolutely cute pair. They make a cute pair here too ngl. Love how she treats him like a naughty child and he calls her grandma

I agree with this truly. We better get a jappy ending but most of all let them get the happiness they deserve
I'm struggling to see how this show is going to have a happy ending because of the way haein's sickness is progressing.
Like i knew the second they didn't focus on hyunwoo in that scene that she was hallucinating eunseung as hyunwoo and I was losing my mind, because if that's how far and fast her illness is developing it's terrifying. And I know that the next ep paints things as alright because obviously the ep ends with hyunwoo saving her and her coming to the realization that the creep next to her wasn't hyunwoo but the question is how long until she can't snap out of it?
And worse yet eunseong continues to be such a little parasite that it's clear he's going to try to leverage her illness against her like the sociopath he is.
Anyway back to the main point, is there going to be a happy ending and to me a happy ending is one where hyunwoo and haein go on to live many many more happy years together. Any other ending doesn't feel acceptable like i dont want that oh here's 4 eps of them being so happy and here is now a walk to remember sort of ending for you. There's also a couple of other unacceptable endings that I can't deal with but this seems to be the direction they are heading in without making the story sound needlessly ridiculous with a ep before the last where haein gets miraculous treatment.
I don't know where I am going with this, I just want them to be happy.

I literally cried so much at episode 11. Like even at the sweet parts. Like theyre so in love so help me god. But what really got to me was that last scene. It was taken so beautifully. Like hyun woo chasing them down, haein not realising she was hallucinating. Her reaction as she slowly breaks out of it and he screams her name. The OST that is the cherry on top playing in the background, bringing it all together. True masterpiece. Beautiful acting. Like the subtlities. Jiwon and Soohyun are doing such a great job. When this drama ends, I'm going to have such a hard time letting go.
