I’ve been combining two types of manifestations and my results are INSANE. I’ve lost 2 kilos in the past 2 days due to dieting and this manifestation.
A kilo a day!
So, I use the 369 method. Which means you have to write your manifestation down 3 times in the morning, 6 times in the afternoon and 9 times in the evening (preferably before you go to bed). This way it wil cement itself much quicker in your mind. Do this till you reach your results.
I also use the “I am simply deciding” method. So, I write down for example “I am simply deciding that I weigh [my gw]”. That way you really start to know that you are in control.
My appetite is completely gone and I haven’t had any urge to binge. It’s currently my third day and I feel amazing.
You can also use this method to manifest anything else, as long as you make it specific.
