Agreed on the sunscreen. I don't like hearing him complain about his knees like that either. But just because he's never been on a 23 (21?) km run before, doesn't mean he is not already used to running or other serious workouts. He goes running in both Monaco vlogs, and does some serious winter workouts (ice climbing, langlaufing) in his winter vlog.
Typically, F1 driver workouts also include a lot of muscle training. Here's a little glimpse at what is required from them:
One of the key workouts for F1 drivers is strengthening their neck muscles as they can pull up to as much as 6G in some corners.
Special exercises target weight lifting for their necks and trapezius muscles, meaning F1 stars can shift around 40kg with their neck alone.
The driving position can also affect the leg muscles required for applying strong pressure to the acceleration and brake pedals.
Deadlifts are useful for stopping the shortening of hamstrings, as well as strong work on the core - the lower back being key to the stability of a driver in the car.
With practically every muscle in the body targeted through weight training, drivers also have to have high cardio fitness as their heart rate can average at 170bpm during a race. A normal resting heart rate is around 60-70 bpm.
And let's not forget Charles also has access to all sorts of muscle recovery like cryotherapy, ice baths, massages, sauna, etc.

Colin π naughtily telling Penelope π¦’ about the birds & the beesβ¦ and both of them getting turned on.
Colin tells Penelope that when a man complements a womanβs necklace, heβs just trying to cover up that he was admiring her cleavage so the compliment is likely his opinion of her bosom. Then Penelope reminds him he said her necklace at Anthonyβs wedding was exquisite & Colin canβt deny he has admired her bewbs.π
Anthony or someone of note snaps at or is disrespectful/mocking towards Colin and Penelope uses her remarkably sharp tongued wit to put them effortlessly in their place, shocking them because itβs out of character for the known wallflower. πΌ Proving to Colin and anyone else present that she will not stand for her fiancΓ©/husband not being treated with the respect he deserves.
Colin and Penelope talking all night/laughing/bonding/waking up in each otherβs arms and liking it/deciding to share a bedroom because they want to. π
Colin gives something meaningful/special to him to Penelope (other than the D lol).π
Penelope dotes on Colin bringing him food/snacks πͺwhile heβs busy or preoccupied, or writing in his journal because she knows heβs always hungry.
We hear excerpts from the letters Colin and Penelope wrote to each other. πI would especially love if they were incorporated into a declaration of love scene.
I expect at least one significant scene of Colin getting extremely angry or irrational and only listening to Penelope.π©πΌββ€οΈβπβπ¨π»
Colin sings either for Penelope or while watching her longingly.πΆ
