Cursed idea I had in the shower.

Bruce gets hit with a sleeping beauty type of curse.

You know. Be asleep in a deathlike state and only be awoken by a true love kiss.

(Let's assume Zatanna can't do shit for that type of old magic used and that was the only cure)

But the question is who is Batman's true love?

Catwoman is first candidate. He was going to marry her once. It didn't work.

Then, Damian asked his mom. Talia Al Ghul. The woman Bruce did marry and even had a kid with. Nope.

So kids are starting to panic.

They have to find that one special someone Bruce loves but he's Batman.

He doesn't talk about his feelings ever and making him do it is like pulling out teeth.

So they starts calling people they thought Bruce had good chemistry with.

Wonder Woman raised an eyebrow at the batkids' request but does it anyway. Didn't work.

Zatanna also reacted the same way.

Leslie Thompkins does it after some badgering.

Both Harley and Ivy does it to humor them.

Then, someone (Tim) finds Bruce's diary from where he was a teenager.

In it, Bruce talks about his crush on this boy, comparing him to the sun. Took a while for Tim to come to the horrifying realization that Bruce was talking about Harvey Dent aka Two Face.

They somehow managed to get Harvey to kiss Bruce. It still didn't work. But the kids are kinda traumatized by how close they were to having Two Face as a stepdad.

Then, they realised that they were only focusing on Bruce's female romantic interests so they decided to get everyone Bruce ever had chemistry with.

Clark had to awkwardly do it in front of his wife when he just came over to the Batcave check in on his best friend.

Lois gave Bruce a quick peck on the lips, just to make things somewhat even. (There was an inaudible sigh of relief when Bruce didn't wake up)

"That is the closest to a threesome with Bruce Wayne I will ever get." Lois joked, making Clark choke.

Oliver Queen went to wash his mouth right after giving the kiss. Dinah made a show of it to make Oliver jealous. The two of them took off immediately afterwards.

Hal Jordan was ready to run as soon as he did the deed.

Barry politely declined and the kids didn't push him. Because it is obvious that he and Bruce just hold respect towards each other. Same with Martian Manhunter and Aquaman.

John Constantine laughed in their faces when he heard their request. Once he realised they weren't joking, he still did it anyways and afterwards dropped an innuendo that implied that he had kissed Batman before and maybe something even more. Stole another kiss and promptly got out of Gotham before Damian had time to grab his sword.

They got the Riddler who was confused (or riddled, excuse my terrible pun) the entire time because minding his own business, got kidnapped by the Bat brats in daylight, found himself in the infamous Batcave and told to kiss Batman. He quickly did what he was told and then asked to be taken back right away so he can forgot what just happened.

The Bats voted on whether they should get Joker before they all unanimously agreed to never bring that idea again.

So the Batkids tried everything to find Batman's / Bruce's true love.

But guess what woke him up in the end? The answer was them all along. (Not Batcest. Batcest shippers DNI.)

You know that scene in Maleficent where she kisses Aurora on the forehead and she wakes up. Exactly like that.

The kids having done everything they could. Have to come to the conclusion that Bruce was as good as dead. One of the boys, maybe Dick or Jason, says goodbye and one of the others give Bruce a kiss on the forehead.

Cass started it and Dick does it too. Damian in a moment of weakness, does the same. One by one, the kids kissed Bruce of the forehead as a sign of goodbye. (You know Steph and Jason does it out of sibling peer pressure.) They all gathered to say, "Bruce, we love you."

Then, the motherfucker had the nerve to finally open his eyes in that moment to see his kids crying around him.

Bruce loves his kids. ❤️

Can we just talk about how in the scene where Nezha kind of threats Mk so he gives back the rings of Samadhi Wukong full on gut punches him!

Up until that point every time Nezha and Wukong fought Wukong went easy on him; letting Nezha get in a few hits before beating him (kind of like how you let a kid win for a bit when playing games) but the moment Nezha threatened Mk he threw that out the window!

He’s a mama bear at heart.

Alpha-17 stares at his brats with a frown. They all look up at him innocently — as if they've ever been innocent for one day in their life before.

"What," he starts, "is this?" He gestures at his hand, where a blond CT is hanging on. By the mouth. Because he's biting him and not letting go.

Alpha-17 is blaming Wolffe for this one.

They're still trying to look innocent and blink as if they don't understand what he's talking about.

"What do you mean?" say Fox, because of course he'll talk for everyone. "He has always been here."

Alpha could fight. He could punish them. He could bring in the Kaminoans or the Prime.

Alpha-17 is too tired to deal with this.

Plus, the blond brat looks kind of cute. In a biting kind of way.

"You know what? Sure, you can keep him."

I don’t believe in 12 Splinter slander.

Everyone be blaming the poor guy for his children’s trauma, calling him the worst dad ever because the turtles were seen as his students before his sons.

He was a single father with not very much experience.

When Yoshi moved to New York, he was still going through a lot. The love of his life and only child had just died along with his only home burning up in flames.

Eventually he had adopted the four turtles, perhaps to have some company because he was still such a lonely man. And literally seconds after adopting baby turtles, he gets mutated.

Now he has absolutely no where to go with the condition he’s in, and suddenly he’s expected to raise four helpless little turtles.

Yoshi could’ve easily left the turtles when he was first mutated, but he chose to save them and help them because he wasn’t about to lose another thing in his life. Obviously he felt bad for them.

Eventually Splinter gets his life somewhat settled in their new home and accepting the fact that he’s a giant rat raising four turtle sons. But still, raising four boys was new to him. There were going to be some mistakes made that he would learn from.

Miwa had to have been around a year old when she was “killed” so there were going to be so many milestones crossed by his sons that he never got to experience with his daughter. He was really trying to hold on while still attempting to give his sons the best childhood and life possible.

And when the boys came of age, Splinter only decided to train them because they clearly seemed interested, and for self defense. Even if their life seemed calm and safe, Splinter was a worried father and feared that life wouldn’t always be like this (clearly).

Now having four rowdy little ninjas running around, Splinter was probably stressed out. Still, he loved his sons more than anything and was in no way abusive to them. They’re just a handful, especially at such young ages (5?)

As they got older and more independent, they were expected to be responsible. All the times in the show where Splinter would get mad at them and ground them for weeks over a small thing was for their own protection.

Splinter never wanted them to go topside because he knew all about the awful things that happened up there. He never wanted the world to be placed on their young shoulders. But it was, and he pushed them to keep going because he believed they were capable of anything, and to show he cared and loved them the whole way.

When Leo feels overwhelmed with his role as leader he doesn’t hesitate to go to his father ever, because he knows Splinter cares. Splinter never had any intention of harming his sons with these burdens and was always there for them, we just never saw it.

They all look up to Splinter and just don’t want to disappoint him. They’ve all been well disciplined and loved their whole lives. Splinter went through the rockiest of roads to make sure he raised his kids right. He was given a second chance and didn’t want to screw it up.

He was just deeply misunderstood.

having feelings tonight about the faller gene AU- namely about Eliza, and how she wanted to one day become a Warden like her dad. But now she and the rest of her family are in the future, where there’s no such thing as Wardens anymore, so instead she becomes the next best thing- a Pokemon Ranger.

She goes through and completes her training, becoming an official Ranger. She’s out celebrating with her family, and when things wind down slightly, Ingo takes her aside and presents her a box. She opens it, curious as to what it could be and-

Sleep.

He can’t sleep because he feels like he needs to always be on guard, ready to leap up and save, ready to hear bad news.

Teaching exacerbated this, as he is now constantly worrying about his students. Every minute sound he can hear from his dorm room is picked up by his ears, trying to assess whether there is a threat, or if his students are behaving out of line.

One of the reasons he sleeps in class is because it’s the only place where he knows that his students are safe.

Flashbacks. Only when trying to fall asleep, and only at night. Another reason he sleeps in class.

Sleep is one of the few ways to truly rest his eyes.

Elohim, or God, or Father...whatever one wished to call Him of late, looked upon His youngest [well he used to be the youngest till Lucid and Micah were created] with nothing less than adoration. The kind that had been there when Lucifer had been born...and that had vanished abruptly at some point, almost as if it had been stolen away. It had been. But few ever knew that tale. As it stood right now though, his son was admitting to having caused this to even be possible.

"I don't doubt that...I owe you and the others an unpayable debt." He was still so tired, especially after all that. He wasn't sure if saving him had been the intent, but He was grateful all the same. "When I have regained more of my strength, I owe you a great boon..." if it were something that the Morningstar wished, he could reinstate him even. Though he would need to tweak a few things...it wasn't as if Lucifer did not have a life he'd made for himself. He couldn't ask him to leave all that behind. Perhaps a new title...something that would befit him and grant him the ability to go as he wished; something that fit him.

The Angel of Freedom...that had a nice ring to it. Freedom to be, freedom to go, freedom to exist as he wished...

Of course this was just a thought at the moment.
