S2xE8 “The Full Moon” vs S2xE1 “The Circus”
It’s not just parallels, it’s literally happening in reverse. 🙃
Also, in ep8, Blitz’s scarred side is shown more, meaning his vulnerable side is now visible.

"Do you feel any remorse for what you do?"
Tumblr media
After the events of The Full Moon, I fully believe that he is talking to Blitzø. I think it's in the same scene as this scene.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Blitzø might try to come to Stolas at the beginning of the episode to apologize to him, but his apology might just end up being "K, I'm over it now, lol. Are you?" Which, obviously, IS NOT A GOD DAMN APOLOGY. Stolas is kinda pissed about it and goes into mock flirting, acting as the "rich pompous asshole" that Blitzø called him. Maybe if we're lucky, they'll be fake flirting only for Stolas to suddenly back off and be like, "Oh I'm sorry. Didn't mean to play with your feelings, Blitzy."
After that, when Blitzø still doesn't apologize, Stolas might say the first line of this post.
I'm so sick of angst. I WANT BITCHY AND SPITEFUL STOLAS IN APOLOGY TOUR

Helluva Boss theory: Okay so at this point I'm pretty sure we have all agreed that the D.H.O.R.K.S are gonna come in another episode right? I was rewatching the trailer and noticed smtg.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
We know the D.H.O.R.K.S are focused on making and cloning a army of priests to send to hell. WHAT IF THOSE TWO ARE CONNECTED. THE D.H.O.R.K.S SUCCEEDED IN GOING TO HELL AND SENT THEIR PRIEST ARMY THERE
Tumblr media Tumblr media
I'm also sure those two are connected in some way, maybe when the D.H.O.R.K.S finally get their portal together and make it huge enough for them to actually go to hell, and they open a portal to Blitzo's office
Tumblr media
This is probably where IMP goes to run off from the army and blitz says "get ready for a life on the run gang" because they have the army after them now, and I'm assuming some big battle or stuff in general happens, and the D.H.O.R.K.S lose.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
And this is after all that happens, when Blitzo uses the Asmodian crystal to go to the D.H.O.R.K.S headquarters and taunt them bcuz they lost. again

The Full Moon ep is finally here! Warning, this post has a ton of spoilers.
I think it may be the best episode of the second season. Though i feel like its still nowhere near as good as ep 6 and 7 of the first one. I like the starting song, the contrast is good and the emotions of characters are clear. Its also a nice set up.
I especially love how everyone interacts with each other in this episode. Moxxie and Blitz seem like friends and their talk about sex is hilarious cause of Moxxies attitude. "Fuck him good, sir " was a brilliant line only because he was the one to say it. He seems too proper for this, maybe too shy. Blitzos good mood and his cackle after teasing Mox was also good to hear. Maybe cause he wasnt offensive this time. Anyway it just brought a lot of joy since its quite some time since they had a moment like this.
Then we have Blitz and his shopping trip. I liked when he went to buy candles. I think it has really shown that for Blitz sex isnt and probably never was about intimacy. He understands mood just as "horny" and honestly its very fitting. Though its not shocking i heve never thought about it . We know he is afraid of intimacy, but i thought about it strictly as an emotional closeness. I didnt think that sex could be so... one-dimensional for him in general.
Next we have cherubs. Tbh i didnt like this part mostly cause i dont think like it changed anything. If they were killed, well that would be awesome especially since i see no reason why it didnt happen already. They had been beaten and yet the I.M.P. has just send them back. Makes no sense, they are assasins and the cherubs are their enemies. Unless cherubs cant be killed without blessed weapons then well its somewhat fine. But still nothing they did was interesting or suprising. It feels like they were there to fill half of the time so the ep wouldnt be too short. Unless its more of a set up. But if so it still was somewhat weak. Maybe as i was so interested in Stolitz i just didnt have enough patience to care about cherubs. The fight was fun though, as was their reaction to Blitzos shopping. I am glad the I.M.P. got a chance to shine too. Especially Moxxie and his bitch line.
So now one last thing left. The ending. Obviously the best part. I loved how confused was Blitz and honestly i think his anger was understandable. After all he had no idea how Stolas felt and how he planned to end their arrangment. Blitz was both vulnerable and safe thanks to their deal, he was in a position of a "plaything" but also didnt have to be emotionally invested. He clearly hates himself, is insecure and generally cant imagine someone truly wanting him. So its not suprising that he reacted the way he did. In a way Stolas once again was the one to decide everything. He started the deal and then ended it. Without talking with Blitz. And to be clear, i dont think its fair to really blame Stolas. He tried his best. But well, they both lack the understanding. Stolas isnt aware that Blitz didnt believe in his love because of his own self-hatred. He now believes that Blitz simply hates Stolas. And Blitz really didnt have time to comprehend anything that happened so he acted harshly and in the end didnt even get the chance to apologise. I would like to also say sth about music in this scene. The fact that it was very emotional right from the beginnig even when Blitz was still in horny mood, it just selled it. It felt like real life when sth is wrong, but u notice it a little too late and then u just kind of crumble, get down from your high way too quickly and get a whiplash. It made it painfull to watch. I didnt cry though i heard many people did.
Anyway i am rather excited to see what will happen next and i really hope the episodes will hold some standard. Cause boy, the second season failed me a little to often.
Thanks for reading, hope u found sth interesting and sorry for any grammar mistakes and such.

Just a reminder that all fire burns green in greed except for the Lord of Lust himself, Asmodeus. Meaning, Ozzie lit Fizz's cigarette before his last performance in Two Minute Notice.
It's the little details that get me in this show.

Okay, hear me out!
In the Season Two trailer, when we get this shot:
Tumblr media
I guess some folks are theorizing that Blitz is protecting Stolas from Andrealphus, because he is icy, and the ground is icy, too.
But I have another theory!
I personally can’t see Stolas cowering helplessly to Andrealphus. He’s a lesser goetia, having only the rank of marquis, if I’m remembering correctly. Therefore, wouldn’t Stolas be more powerful than him, and why would he be cowering under that circumstance?
But you know who probably IS more powerful than Stolas, and who else casts a spiky shadow?
Tumblr media Tumblr media
This guy!
My personal theory is that Blitz is defending Stolas from his very own father! Because, well, Paimon MUST have power greater than Stolas, and if anyone could strip Stolas of his rank (notice he’s not wearing a crown in the first shot!), certainly it would be Paimon. And I could see Stolas cowering to Paimon, and doing nothing to defend himself from him!
That would also make Blitz one crazy, or brave, motherf*cker, to protect Stolas in that moment. (My Stolitz loving heart says that such a heroic act would only be done by someone who ~loves him~, because I can’t see any other motivation for Blitz to take on Paimon, lol. But that is subject for another post!)
So, IS it Paimon that they’re fighting in the trailer? Am I right? Am I wrong? I dunno, but I can’t wait for the episodes to come out to see if my theory is correct or not!

It makes me SICK to my stomach to know that Stolas has only pictures like this on his phone.
Tumblr media
Pictures of a grumpy Blitz who obviously looks like he couldn't hate being in his presence more. Pictures that show him that whatever they had really wasn´ t what he told himself it was. In one fucking night he is losing ANY proof that the thing between him and Blitz was more than fucking and him just hanging on to a thread to feel something.
Then meanwhile ...
Tumblr media
Blitz is the one who has a picture of him and Stolas being together. ANd he is genuinely smiling. He has the proof that beneath every fucked up aspect of their relationship, there are true feelings. That he cares.
AND STOLAS CANT FUCKING SEE THAT NOW !!!

In the music video, Blitzø is represented by the Moon, while Stolas is associated with the ocean, initially walking on it before being submerged in it. This is actually very symbolic of their dynamic. The Moon controls the tides, but at the same time, it orbits around the Earth. Blitzø relies on Stolas and is drawn to the force of his power that he needs to accomplish his goals. However, Stolas is controlled by Blitzø's gravity as well, to the point of drowning in his emotions for the imp. They both profoundly affect one another.
Even the string that ties Blitzø and Stolas together is deeply symbolic. The majority is Stolas's blue, which is representing how much he's put into the relationship so far, as well as the massive amounts of feelings he's going through dealing with possibly losing Bitzø once he gives him the crystal. He has so much length to it because he's being so much more open about his feelings as well.
Meanwhile Blitzø's red is barely there because he doesn't, and possibly can't, put more into the relationship than he currently does. He has so much self-hatred that it's almost impossible for him to love anyone romantically, considering he doesn't even love himself. That and he's scared to put himself out there only to be hurt. He shows so few emotions and so his portion of string is immensely shorter. When it snaps, it all goes back to red on his end as all his trauma and repressed emotions about it flood back and envelope him in the moon once more.
Pay attention to the size of the moon. At first the moon was small, that is, these "walls" were thin or insignificant (this can be recognized from the childhood of Blitzo and Stolas, Blitzo was full of enthusiasm and hope, but now it is slowly fading away). Previously, Blitzo was more open, but after many events in his life, his walls began to increase (he was used by his father for profit, his best friend Fizzaroli suffered because of him, etc.), and eventually became huge and impenetrable (he does not share many things, not even with his own daughter, and he's afraid to trust Stolas on purpose). Even Stolas, with his tall stature, cannot compare with them. This literally shows that Blitzo can't trust anyone.
Stolas sees this and tries to break through them, but until they talk, the walls will not be possible to get through. It is precisely because this "barrier" cannot be destroyed that Stolas will give Blitzo the opportunity not to depend on him because of some kind of grimoire. The Moon's increasing size may also indicate that Blitzo is becoming a significant figure to Stolas. He wants to be with Blitzo not only physically (by type of sexual attraction), but also emotionally. In other words: Stolas fell in love with Blitzo seriously, not in childhood, when it was just sympathy, but real love, which is difficult to get rid of.
The symbolism of Blitzo as the Moon is very reflective of his and Stolas' relationship. Not only is it a callback to the fact that they mostly see each other once a month on a full moon to do “the deed”, but it it's also just a great metaphor for Blitzo as a character. Humanity has been fascinated by the Moon for a long time and tried to reach it for centuries and it was only in 1969 (relatively recently) that they managed to do it. The moon had always been this gorgeous, desirable, yet unreachable thing and that's exactly what Blitzo's love is from Stolas’ perspective.
Stolas' love for Blitzo is represented by the moon. First small and bright, something he can hold close and dear. Then larger, something harder to hold but something still fully within his grasp. Then at the end, impossibly large while also just out of reach
The moon also mirrors the power dynamics between Stolas and Blitzø, at the start with Stolas holding all the power, then Stolas putting himself at Blitzø’s level when he finally tries to look deeper and see what Blitzø needs and his walls. Then the moon grows larger than Stolas as he intends to give Blitzø the crystal so he doesn’t have to depend on him anymore. And now the power in the relationship shifted towards Blitzø. Whether the relationship continues is now up to him.

This doesn't look like Andrealphus' shadow. Why would Stolas be so scared and defenceless against him? That shadow looks like it could belong to Paimon or another powerful demon.
EDIT: Stolas is supposed to be more powerful than Andrealphus but here he looks just terrified. He doesn't even try to fight back whatever is coming, that's why this makes me think it could be someone who has a deep emotional control over him.

So I thought I’d throw together a bit of a timeline theory I’ve been thinking about since the last episode surrounding Fizzerolli, how he started working for Mammon, when and how he may have gotten together with Ozzie, who exactly kept him and Blitzo apart after the accident, and also an idea for some rather appropriate karmic irony.
Tumblr media
See, we hear in Mammon’s Midseason Special that Fizz has won Mammon’s Clown Pageant the last ten years in a row. But nothing about that indicates that ten years ago was the first time Fizz won.
Tumblr media
Instead, I think the actual first time Fizz won Mammon’s Clown Pageant was fifteen years ago. As in, shortly before the accident. For one this really adds some additional weight to the flashbacks we get in Oops. The big celebration we see wasn’t just for Fizz’s birthday, it was celebrating Fizz getting his big break. Winning this competition and getting the chance to work with Mammon, the Sin of Greed himself.
Tumblr media
As well as adding even greater weight to Blitzo trying to give Fizz a love letter. Blitzo likely thought this would be the last chance he would get.
Tumblr media
Additionally, this would also neatly explain Mammon’s involvement in Fizz’s recovery after the accident. It’s clear that Mammon bankrolled Fizzerolli’s recovery and cyberization, so that begs the question of what would prompt Mammon to invest so much time and effort into helping seemingly some random imp circus kid? Well, what if said kid not only just won his Clown Pageant, but did SO good that Mammon decided pretty much immediately that he wanted THIS kid as his new brand mascot? And then just a few weeks or even days later, that kid was horrifically maimed in a terrible accident at his home? Yeah, I think that gives Mammon ALL the reason to stick his neck out for Fizz. And if you’re going to ask ‘Why didn’t Mammon just drop Fizz after he was basically crippled?’ Because Mammon is the embodiment of GREED. He WANTED Fizzerolli and he was going to HAVE him.
Tumblr media
Plus, I think we can assume that this is where Asmodeus entered the picture, with Mammon calling him in to do Fizzerolli’s cybernetics. In turn, I think it’s easy to guess that Ozzie being so closely involved in Fizz’s recovery is when the two started falling in love.
In short, Fizzerolli spends the next few years recovering before making his big debut as Mammon’s new hot brand mascot, winning his next Clown Pageant, and goes on to win every pageant for the next ten years up to present.
Tumblr media
Now the other angle here is the big ‘Who conspired to keep Blitzo and Fizz apart after the accident?’ And I’m going to be honest; it is DEFINITELY Cash Buckzo. Like I know some people have theorized that it was Mammon, but frankly that theory just doesn’t make sense anymore. Mammon simply doesn’t have much motive or means to have done this, and if nothing else, he straight up doesn’t recognize Blitzo in the newest episode.
Tumblr media
Cash on the other has both motive AND means in abundance. He was certainly one of the people most closely looking after Fizzerolli after the fire and he had every reason to want to cut Blitzo out of Fizzerolli’s life. Likely a combination of petty spite against his son for causing the accident which burned down their circus, likely injured dozens and even killed his wife, and also wanting to isolate and ‘protect’ Fizzerolli, his big cash cow. Especially now that he’d gotten the attention of Mammon, with Cash likely hoping to get/mooch as much as he could out of this new arrangement.
Tumblr media
Now that last bit in particular get’s interesting because it’s clear that if Cash was hoping to continue profiting off Fizzerolli, it clearly didn’t work. What with how we have seen neither hide nor hair of Cash around Fizz, who in turn has not brought him up once.
So what happened?
Tumblr media
Well, in a bit of delicious karmic irony, I think Cash was the one to cut Blitzo out of Fizz’s life, only to later get cut out of Fizz’s life himself by MAMMON.

i can’t wait to see some more backstory and/or closure for verosika and blitzø
Tumblr media
this clip from the trailer seems like verosika’s hand holding the knife? that is chopping off a fake blitzø head while verosika shouts “you are so shitty!” (presumably at blitzø)
Tumblr media
followed by this clip and blitzø shouting back that “we live in hell, everyone’s shitty”
blitzø is justifies his own shitty behavior by claiming that that’s just the way everyone is in hell. but that doesn’t diminish the fact that even demons have free will to make better choices and that all choices have consequences
i am so struck by the fact that these two dated in the past but verosika hasn’t been able to move on. i don’t get the vibe that either of them were very good for each other, but the prt that interests me the most is how neither of them have moved on
blitzø hasn’t moved on because he hates himself. so he disses verosika’s ability to seduce people (which is her job as a succubus) to his coworkers and actively challenges her in Spring Broken. verosika hasn’t moved on because she hates blitzø. so she disses his abilities in bed in front of everyone in Ozzie’s, which was a huge deal there because good sex is important in the lust ring. and not to mention it was in front of stolas
i wonder if part of blitzø’s healing process this season will be him moving on from verosika in some way. maybe he can learn to make reparations for her, maybe he will learn to forgive himself, or maybe he will even see that both of them were at fault in this relationship

Could Stolas' Apology Tour song break down Blitz assumptions from at Ozzie's?
Tumblr media
Saw this and immediately my head when to this bit. It looks like he's finally realized that Stolas loves him, and it broke him.
Tumblr media
So we know Blitz assumes that Stolas doesn't care, so it's safe to ask him out to spy on the M&M's.
Tumblr media
Thinking he's the only one who can get hurt by crossing this line with his f*ckbuddy.
Guessing this is why he winches when asked Stolas out on what he thinks of as a fake date.
He probably thought Stolas would be fine with it as long as he puts out, and why he's still so sure that's what Stolas is asking for at the end of the night.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
But then Stolas shows up dressed to the nines, and is very excited about their "first real date".
Tumblr media
Blitz starts off ignoring him as intended, till Stolas does what he's good at. Drawing him in by asking him about his day.
And then the one that really makes him stop and think about what he's really doing here.
Tumblr media
"so, what made you decide to ask me out after all this time?"
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Then we get to the extreme misunderstanding of the night.
Tumblr media
Ozzie says Stolas has thrown his whole life away for Lust. "Nothing else".
Tumblr media
Blitz thinks that Stolas life was perfect before he came along. After all he a smoking wife, and a kid who clearly adores her dad. What Blitz would consider "it all".
And Stolas appears to confirm it by hiding, (when actually he's just following Blitz lead about what to do).
Instead of what really just happened, that Stolas has just been very publicly outed; and had the King of Lust side with his abuser. (I love Ozzie but he's a git here).
Tumblr media
I think Stolas song is finally make Blitz understand Stolas isn't just a horny idiot, that blow up his own life "for a cheep lay".
(Fizz will be proud lol).
Tumblr media
That Stolas was really just asking to chat, and cuddle. Not trying to sleep with him.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Blitz has been assuming the whole way through that he's the only who "can get hurt" in this. We know he hate himself so that was probably a plus when starting the relationship.
Tumblr media
I'm not sure that Stolas will sing about the abuse directly, but I think he will sing about his loneliness.
That all he was living for was Via, and that Blitz was the only thing made him happier, even just for a little while.
But Blitz knowing this not another life he's made worse.
That he was one of the only thing made Stolas happier, even just for a little while; would be a big step to them understand eachother.

I don't think finding out whose an unrelated Goetia and whose Stolas's sibiling won't be as complicated as we think it is. Paimon only transforms into a weird fucking blob, a hydra, a ram, and elephant, an eyeball, and weird dog thing. I think maybe these are all hints as to what Stolas's sibilings could look like.

Something I'm excited about that has the potential for actually happening is that if Blitz is truly going to see Fizz about advice on Stolas (romantically or otherwise ;) ) in the next episode, and to me it looks like he is, we could get Fizz and Ozzie backstory on how they met! Since we know Blitz has his hangups/prejudices about royals (although we know Blitz himself mainly just believes he's unlovable and is projecting that to mean Stolas can't possibly love him because he's a royal), but knowing that Fizz has it incredibly good with Ozzie is the most probable reason why Blitz is going to Fizz in the first place, and thus he would be curious to know how it worked out for him, likely in hopes it'll be the same for him; I also wouldn't be surprised if Blitz just wanted to know because he know how intrusive he is on other people's relationships. ;) Finger crossed we'll get the answer to that question soon. ^_^<3<3<3<3

I believe Stolas is belting about his heartfelt feelings here. No Blitzø slamming. Probably some heartbreak. But just giving it his all.
I don’t know if it’ll be a separate song but it’ll tie heavily into the imagery of his shattered view of how happy he thought Blitzø was to be around him (instead finally seeing the resentment- and yet ignoring all the other signs around him to the contrary; UGH!)
Tumblr media Tumblr media
And of how Blitzø’s presence changed things from night to day in his life.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
But I digress… Why I firmly believe he’s NOT slamming Blitzø (despite the banner) is because of the faces of his companions on stage.
Verosika should look smug. Pleased that someone else is publicly humiliating Blitzø. But she doesn’t. She’s got a casual open stance. She’s calm. Serene. Present.
Tumblr media
And Vortex. My man! 🤣 Look at my dude! He is stoically INTO THIS! He is trying to keep his “bodyguard” stance but he’s SO into the music. Vortex is a softie. So an emotional song would hit hard with him I think.
Tumblr media
He’s just “NNN! YA! FUCKING SING IT BOTHER! LET THEM EMOTIONS GO!” Ears perked. Lips pursed. Eyes closed. Brows furrowed in concentration. Head tilted. Fist clenched - cuz he wants to pump it. He’s taking it ALL in.
That is my interpretation.
Enjoy!
Ps: I feel like Stolas would have chosen metal/rock aesthetic if he were to go on an I HATE BLITZO tear lol not goth.

It just occurred to me that Fizz may not be ABLE to quit. Allow me to explain.
Tumblr media
In Oops, literally one episode ago, we learned that a business deal and/or contract made with a sin is, and I quote; "everlastingly binding". The context in which Stolas says this makes it clear that even the sin in question can't back out of the deal.
Tumblr media
Given that Mammon almost certainly made Fizzarolli sign some sort of contract after, or even by winning the clown pageant for the first time, there's a good chance that even if Mammon wanted too, there would be no way for him and Fizz to get out of their business arrangement.
Tumblr media
I haven't seen anyone else point this out but I think this is the exact reason Mammon seemed so sure he'd get the last laugh before making his exit.
