⚠️ Not so much a spoiler warning ⚠️ In all honesty, I still didn't see all the hype over this film. I'm glad I didn't watch it in theaters and waited until it hit HBO Max. Yes, there was a lot of action, the slow motion kind of got to be a bit too much and it took time to flush out Black Adam's origin story. It felt as though there was more going on between the Justice Society and Black Adam than there was between the two sides and the actual villain of the film. Further more I didn't like that there was a near the end wait to reveal who the actual big bad was in the movie. It sucks to say all of this because the actors chosen to portray these heroes were pretty good, although I could've done without the flirtatious vibes between Atom and Cyclone. The reveal of Superman was great but lackluster due to it being spoiled by The Rock prior to the release of the movie. The Henry Cavill reveal is now meaningless since he's no longer playing the man of steel.
