Brainstorming for the Stitch event in my fanfic and I think I just came up with something brilliant that I wanna challenge more artists to try.

So we know that Lilia and Floyd kinda parallel Lilo and Stitch and that's why Stitch gets along with them so well right? Y'know who also parallel's Lilo in the event via the outifts??

FREAKIN GRIM!!!

And most art I see portrays the MC/Yuu in matching Lilo outifts but y'know who'd make more sense for MC/Yuu to represent???

Oh yeah and who's the other two people that Stitch hangs around and gives a sweet fluffy hug? Grim and MC/Yuu. Just try to convince me that there isn't a better parallel between MC/Yuu and Nani I dare you to change my mind. The signs are all there.

SO! I'm challenging all Twst artists to draw their Yuusona in Nani inspired outfits, whether it's her swimsuit above or any of her other outfits from the movies/tv shows! The world needs more Nani love <3 Tag the artists that you want to try my challenge :)

Hi! I was wondering if you have any headcanons for Grim’s relationship with Yutu?

Not in much detail?

Grim thinks of Yutu as his second hench human and is very determined to show him the ropes when he arrives. He loudly gives his opinion on the professors, other students, anything Yutu could ask for really. Not that it's the most useful advice, but it does warm Yutu's heart to hear.

He's convinced that Yutu's arrival means they will get more mages in the dorm and that he will have a real chance to compete in the magishift tournament next year. Grim doesn't like exercising but he does like playing, Yutu has mixed feelings about this depending on his athleticism. The ghosts really enjoy playing with him though so Yutu guesses he can indulge Grim a bit.

If Yutu can cook he will get bothered for food every time he enters the kitchen. Grim is not above playing him for more tuna after Yuu has already said no. Yutu sort of feels like he has a younger brother and a pet he never asked for all rolled into one potentially world ending monster.

... when they start getting closer Grim will sometimes leave Yuu's room in the middle of the night to check on Yutu. He's a great mage after all, he knows the kid has nightmares. When Yuu has those he gives them pats and that helps them calm down. It does the same for Yutu when he licks his head and mrrps a bit. All in a night's work for Twisted Wonderland's greatest mage /ᐠ - ˕ -マ

So, here's my crackhead theory: What if Yuu has some type of hidden power sealed inside them that helps them sense when an Overblot is about to happen?

And maybe that's why they keep having dreams about the Great 7 because that hidden power they have is sort of a built-in siren warning them of an upcoming Overblot.

This is probably why Crowley doesn't want to let Yuu leave so soon. He senses that they have some kind of hidden power that hasn't been unlocked yet and needs them to stop the Overblots. Not that that makes him any less of a useless adult.

An since we're told that Yuu is good at swordfighting and playing instruments, what if the moment Yuu unlocks this hidden power, they get to infuse it into their sword or music for combat?

This probably makes no sense but I just thought to share it with you.

Honestly, I don’t think it’s a cracked idea as you say. It seems their dreams are kind of a future warning of an OB. Kind of hinting at the dorm involved and then as the blot accumulate, giving clues to the one who will OB.

We kind of see this with Vil, when Yuu and Grim were spying on him because of said visions. They kind of figured out something was wrong. Then in book 7, they had that spell right before Malleus shows up. Something was off and they felt it.

I wouldn’t be surprised if Crowley knows or that’s why he summoned them. He did make them a prefect and labeled them as a beast tamer as well 🤔, could be why he doesn’t seem to be in a rush to send them home.

Maybe the Grim OB is his way of making the nrc boys working together to bring Prefect and Grim down? Surely, “killing” them will send the Prefect back to their world 👀 like how they got ran over by a carriage and came to twst?

I would be happy if they got to use powers and weapons. I hope they do.
