~ Steddie x reader headcannon 🍷
The image, “pasta + wine + sex = joys of life” sums up Steddie x reader perfectly.
The math is mathing with this one!
Steve makes up the wine segment. He is a distinguished young gentleman. He’s had somewhat of a posh upbringing and definitely knows all the different wines, their flavours and best pairings.
And people don’t know until he randomly brings it up. Everyone will be casually chatting and the topic of wine comes up and Steve goes, “Well a Pinot Noir goes best with earthy flavors. And if you’re feeling Champagne, go with anything salty.”
Everyone stares at him with wide, shocked eyes. Shook that the man with the most himbo energy ever has such extensive wine knowledge. And Steve continues to be oblivious and share more obscure wine facts that has everyone hooked.
The reader makes up the pasta segment. No one goes harder for pasta than the reader. 100% a comfort meal, a normal meal, a breakfast meal if we’re feeling spicy.
If there’s pasta on a menu, the reader doesn’t even look at anything else. It’s their go to and they’re not ashamed. Friday nights are dedicated bolognaise night, where the reader makes the best spaghetti bolognaise for Steve and Eddie. They all cuddle up with candles lit in the background, and a movie rented from Family Video.
And one of Eddie’s nicknames is of course, Eddie spaghetti. They’re only human, they simply have to.
And finally Eddie makes up the sex segment. We all know this boy is a horny little gremlin who loves his partners with all his heart (and dick).
He loves sex and he’s not ashamed. It’s a form of expressing his love and sharing a part of himself. He can be vulnerable, caring, kinky and so much more.
What’s a man supposed to do when he has the two hottest partners ever. And when Steve talks wine gibberish, he looks so cute Eddie has no choice but to get turned on by his boyfriend’s weird facts.
And when the reader does a little happy dance when eating their favourite pasta dish, Eddie has to give them the fattest kiss and tell them to save some excitement for the bedroom later.
They’re 3 silly gooses who make up one semi functional human being. Just wine, pasta and sex keeping the love alive.

top 5 pasta shapes?
I LOVE THIS QUESTION THANK YOU!!
In no particular order:
Ditalini (L) Not only they are the gayest pasta shape, as the word is also Italian slang for “fingering” , but they're my favourite tiny pasta because they're so versatile. Love 'em for pasta and patate especially.
Farfalle (R) Not only their shape gives me joy but it's also fantastic for gripping sauce and other seasoning. I can do amazing farfalle with salmon and parsley u have no idea.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
FUSILLI (L) THEEE ultimate short pasta, ngl probably my all time fave. The way the sugo clings to the little spirals... sublime
Bucatini (R) Isn't it sexy the way they're just drowned in that sugo all'amatriciana? Borderline erotic. Look at it. The name means "little holey" because they have a lil hole inside, unlike spaghetti, and I could make so many sex jokes about this it's not even funny. It DOES makes them tastier. To me.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Rotelle (L) Literally what is there not to love about a pasta shaped like a lil wheel. It's sooo cute and sparks so much joy.
Bonus!! Gnocchi (R) They don't really count as pasta ig, because they're technically dumplings, but the they occupy a similar ecological niche as freshly made pasta in italian cuisine. Also in Rome when you think a girl is very hot you say "è una gnocca" meaning that she's delicious and will melt in your mouth. Wink wink nudge nudge

Spaghetti spinachi-
Inspired by one of the best pay dishes I had at pasta brown in Covent Garden, this spaghetti spinach has quickly become one of my favourite pasta dishes. It’s so easy to make and is sure to impress the fellow pasta lovers in your life.
Ingredients-
200 grams of dried spaghetti
30 grams of pine nuts
2tbspoon of olive oil
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 a jar or 130 grams of sun-dried tomatoes.
2 large handfuls of spinach
1tbspoon of pesto
Salt +pepper
1 tablespoon of dry basil
1 tea spoon of chilli flakes
Instructions -
Start by preparing your spaghetti like usual. Placing around 200 grams dry spaghetti into a pot of salted boiling water and cook following the instructions on your packet.
In the meantime, in another pan heat up 2tbs of olive oil on low to medium heat and lightly toast 30 grams of pine nuts. You want to toast them only for a few minuets, until they go a golden colour. You might hear some popping but don’t worry! This is completely normal by toasting them we are releasing the natural oils present in the pine nuts which enhances the flavour of the dish.
Once you notice some colour appearing on your pine nuts add in 2 cloves of crushed garlic (or more I don’t judge) and stir that in.
We can now add the star of the show! The sun-dried tomatoes. This is my personal favourite part of the dish, so I do go a bit mad and add 1/2 a jar (130g) of them into the pan. Alongside a tablespoon of the oil it’s persevered in.
We are going to cook these off for a minuet or two. Just to let all the flavours in the sun-dried tomatoes blossom and combine with the pine nuts.
After a minuet or two of stirring we can now add 2 large handful of our spinach into the pan and stirring. It may look like a lot in this moment but spinach can be deceptive. These two large handfuls will wilt out of sight in no time.
Once wilted I began to season our sauce with only a bit of salt, pepper, basil and chilli flakes. I also added a large tbs of green pesto after this to enhance the flavour of the pine nuts and basil.
To make the sauce a little saucier, add roughly around 3 tablespoons of that salty pasta water to emulsify your sauce.
The sauce is now done! The only thing left to do is add your drained spagetti to the pan. Giving it a good mix before serving it with freshly cracked black pepper and some fresh basil (if you’re feeling fancy)
