I know many people like to imagine the scene with a sexy woman on Astarion's lap but when I saw the scene I couldn't help myself but laugh, remembering that the default dark urge is a huge dragonborn which makes everything A.Astarions says even more hilarious.
Another reason might be that I just can't take the race dragonborn very seriously. It's probably Oblivions (and other games) fault but I just see a lizard on two legs making occasional funny sounds. (I'm sorry haha)

I'd let my power-hungry bois — Gortash, Astarion, and Gale — rule together and dom me. Also Durge, because dragonborn Durge is hot.
Four... Not enough netherstones, but there's the Council of Four — Baldur's Gate's governing body before Gortash became archduke...
Astarion, Gale, and Durge agree to let Gortash live, and keep a politically powerful title, but the three of them get the stones. In exchange, Gortash will be the Grand Duke — he gets a vote, and has the power to break ties and stuff.
Surrendering his stone to rule another day unknowingly saves him from the Netherbrain
