My beautiful child died because of the war. R I P
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
My first child died due to lack of food, and now my wife is pregnant, and I hope you will save her so that she can be born in a safe place.. My child was one year old. He could not bear hunger and thirst. He began to suffer from dehydration in his little body. Until the disease worsened and he was unable to breastfeed from his mother because his mother suffered from malnutrition My child lay in the hospital for three days in difficult conditions. The hospital did not have a bed for patients. My child slept on the floor and could not bear it and died because of the war
My child was very beautiful and always loved to laugh and play. I remember in October, two days before the war, it was his first birthday I am so sad because I will miss my baby I always see the pictures of my child that I take on my phone and cry every day
I cry every day for my child who died. My wife is pregnant with my second child, and I hope you will help me leave the Rafah area. We are being bombed every day. This morning 17 people died next to my tent, and I'm afraid for my family You can support my family through the link Your donation will make me start a new life

Hi, I want to know if you can share this. My friend (she's not on tumblr) have vetted this account already, and proof is below.
His name is Mahmoud Ahmed (@hamoudi_xb on Instagram), and he is currently trying to escape Rafah, Gaza. He is far from his goal, and we unfortunately don't have access to GFM or only limited access even with VPN in our country, so we would like to help spread the word about this!

Israel bombs yet another Gaza camp it had declared a safe zone
Officials say many bodies were ‘charred’ after the strikes triggered a fire that ripped through the camp in Rafah.

(27th of May 2024)
The Palestinian Civil Defence in Gaza says the death toll from an overnight Israeli attack on the tents of displaced Palestinians in Rafah has risen to 45 as the attack sparks condemnation across the Arab and Western world.
In scenes grimly familiar from a war in its eighth month, Palestinian families on Monday rushed to hospitals to prepare their dead for burial after the Sunday night attack set tents and rickety shelters ablaze. Women wept as men held prayers beside bodies in shrouds.
“The whole world is witnessing Rafah getting burned up by Israel and no one is doing anything to stop it,” Bassam, a Rafah resident, said via a chat app, of the attack in an area of western Rafah that had been designated a safe zone.
The attack took place in the Tal As-Sultan neighbourhood, where thousands were sheltering after Israeli forces began a ground offensive in the east of Rafah more than two weeks ago.
Many of the dead were women and children, the health officials said, adding that the death toll was likely to rise as some injured people with severe burns were in critical condition.
Israel has kept up attacks on Rafah despite a ruling by the top United Nations court on Friday ordering it to stop, arguing that it grants it some scope for military action there.
The Israeli army said the air raids that came hours after rockets were fired towards Tel Aviv killed two senior Hamas operatives, and that it was investigating the reports of civilians killed in Rafah.
Gaza’s Civil Defence said many bodies were “charred” after the attack caused a fire that ripped through the camp. The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) said one of its field hospitals received an “influx of casualties seeking care for injuries and burns” and that “our teams are doing their best to save lives”.
The Israeli attack led to strong protests from Egypt, Qatar, Jordan and Kuwait, which warned it could “hinder” budding steps to revive stalled ceasefire talks.

‼️🇵🇸🇮🇱🇪🇬 Israeli and Egyptian soldiers exchange deadly cross-border fire: at least one Egyptian soldier killed
[Plain text: Israeli and Egyptian soldiers exchange deadly cross-border fire: at least one Egyptian soldier killed]
🔹 *at least: I can find multiple sources (including this one) that claim that one soldier died, however, some other sources claim it was two. I will probably update if i find a confirmation.
🔸 Source: Al Jazeera
🔹 Alright this is not confirmed in solid ways, it may be misinformation or empty words and claims, but it appears that tension is rising between Egypt and Israel
➡️ On Egypt backing the ICJ genocide case against Israel
⬇️ On possible military movements
Again theres not much solid info on this and Egypt has been very complicit in this genocide (Rafah crossing) so dont use this as reliable sources or proof but im leaving these here in case anyone is interested

My wife is pregnant and needs health care and food
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Living in tents is the most difficult life a person can live. We were not able to get a place due to the crowded displacement areas. We got a place close to the seashore, the sun and the temperature do not leave us from morning until evening. We cannot bear the heat inside or outside the tents. It burns our bodies, but there is no other place in the small displacement areas that contain more than a million people. Our lives are difficult due to water, food, and extreme summer temperatures. My pregnant wife cannot stand the temperature and every now and then she faints from the extreme heat We go to the hospital until she recovers, and it is difficult to get transportation to the hospital It is a very, very difficult life

I am Laila Shaqura, a displaced person from northern Gaza to southern Gaza, specifically the city of Rafah.
In light of this ongoing aggression, there is no glimmer of hope except for you and your standing with us. I tell you the story of my mother and her fetus in this war.
In the midst of this devastation, the expectant mother faces countless challenges. She suffers from malnutrition due to a lack of healthy food, which exposes her and her fetus to multiple health risks. Due to the lack of adequate health care and weak immunity, this led to her contracting hepatitis, anemia, intestinal diseases, and preeclampsia.
In addition, the psychological pressure resulting from war and displacement increases her suffering. The constant concern for the safety of the family and the fear of the sound of the continuing violent bombing tonight led to high blood pressure, imbalance in movement, and fainting this morning. It was a very bad morning.
Despite the sound of cannons, the sound of bullets, the bombing, the fear and anxiety, a new life continues to form inside the mother’s womb. My mother held me with hope for the future, but the war stole from her the ability to dream.
Not only did she carry a fetus, but she also carried the burdens and pain of war.
The pain of her pregnancy increases with the weight of the war and its sorrows. She carried life in her belly and the war destroys life around her. We sometimes wonder,
Will this expected child live in such a broken world?
At this moment, I wonder if the war will take this awaited child from us before he sees the light??!
Rafah is no longer safe, and the sounds of bombing intensify every night.
There is no time to escape death. My mother's health condition is deteriorating. There is no health care. We want her to stay alive.
This is about the lives of two people (a mother and her child).
Let us extend a helping hand to those who have lost everything.Your donation can give new lives and hope for the future.
Please help us by sharing the post on your page so that we can collect donations and get out of the war. You are our hope. I will be very grateful to you . ❤️🙏🏼

I don't think people truly understand the gravity of Rafah being bombed.
There is nowhere left to go.
The lowest cost is $5,000 USD to flee to Egypt. There has been people paying over $10,000 USD.
That is the only option
Pay or die.
Rafah was the only place in Palestine promised not to be bombed. That promise is broken.
1.5 million people have nowhere to go!
Reminder, if possible, please donate to the PCRF, ANERA, Islamic Relief, Palestine Red Crescent Society, Medical Aid for Palestinians, Defense for Children International - Palestine, Doctors Without Borders, and all other trusted organizations.
