Spinach lemon hummus 🍋 Pinaatti-sitruunahummus

This hummus is great for dipping vegetables or used as a delicious sauce for a salad.
Tämä hummus on loistava vaihtoehto dipiksi kasviksille. Tämä toimii myös herkullisena salaatinkastikkeena.
What do I need? ☑️0,5 dl tahini ☑️3 tbsp lemon juice ☑️50g spinach ☑️1 garlic clove ☑️2 tbsp olive oil ☑️1/2 tsp salt ☑️350g chickpeas ☑️some water, if needed
What to do? 1️⃣ First, add tahini and lemon juice to a food processor. Process to an even mass. 2️⃣Add spinach, garlic, olive oil and salt. Process until smooth. 3️⃣Add about half of the chickpeas and process for about a minute. Then add the rest of the chickpeas and process once more until hummus is smooth. Add a little bit of water, if needed.

Mitä teen? 1️⃣Aloita lisäämällä tahini ja sitruunamehu monitoimikoneeseen. Aja tasaiseksi massaksi. 2️⃣ Lisää pinaatti, valkosipuli, oliiviöljy ja suola. Aja tasaiseksi. 3️⃣Lisää joukkoon noin puolet kikherneistä ja käytä monitoimikonetta noin minuutin ajan. Lisää loput kikherneistä ja aja tasaiseksi. Tarvittaessa, voit lisätä hieman vettä hummuksen joukkoon.

Easy baked tofu pasta 🍅 Helppo uunitofupasta

👉What do I need? 400g tomatoes 1 pack of cold smoked tofu (you can use some other tofu too) 1 sweet pepper about 150 g kalamata olives 3 garlic cloves dash of olive oil salt pepper chili flakes about 200 g pasta fresh basil
👉What to do? 1. Heat the oven to 225 Celsius degrees. 2. Rinse the tomatoes and place them to the sides of the oven pan. 3. Press the tofu dry and cut it in half. Place it to the middle of the oven pan. 4. Rinse and chop the pepper. Peel and chop the garlic. Drain the olives. Place the pepper, garlic and olives to the oven pan around the tofu. Sprinkle on some olive oil, salt, pepper and chili flakes. 5. Put the pan to the oven and leave it for about 20 minutes until the tomatoes look cooked. 6. While the tofu and vegetables are in the oven, cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packaging. 7. Take the pan from the oven and crush the tomatoes and the tofu. If you want, you may mix in the cooked pasta as well. Add a finishing touch with some fresh basil.

👉Mitä tarvitsen? 400 g terttutomaatteja 1 paketti kylmäsavutofua (muukin tofu käy makusi mukaan) 1 suippopaprika noin 150g kalamataoliiveja 3 valkosipulinkynttä loraus oliiviöljyä suolaa pippuria chilihiutaleita noin 200g pastaa tuoretta basilikaa
👉Mitä teen? 1. Lämmitä uuni 225 asteeseen. 2. Huuhtele tomaatit ja laita ne uunivuoan reunoille. 3. Purista tofu kuivaksi ja halkaise se. Asettele se uunivuoan keskelle 4. Huuhtele ja pilko suippopaprika. Kuori ja pilko valkosipulit. Ota oliivit valumaan. Laita suippopaprika, oliivit ja valkosipulit tofun ympärille uunivuokaan. Ripottele päälle oliiviöljyä, suolaa, pippuria ja chiliä. 5. Laita vuoka uuniin ja kypsennä noin 20 minuutin ajan, kunnes tomaatit näyttävät kypsyneen. 6. Sillä aikaa kun tofu ja kasvikset ovat uunissa, keitä pasta pakkauksen ohjeen mukaan. 7. Ota vuoka uunista ja murskaa tofu ja tomaatit. Halutessasi voit kipata pastan vuokaan ja sekoittaa kaiken keskenään. Viimeistele uunitofupasta tuoreella basilikalla.
